E VENT VENUES FOR WEDDINGS, RECEPTIONS
& CORPORATE EVENTS
O P T I O N 1 :
THE CLUBHOUSE— Accommodates up to 99 guests —
The Clubhouse combines the Cypress Room and pool deck creating one of Charleston’s
most unique and picturesque event venues. The Cottages offer you and your guests a hidden
oasis with beautiful views of the Charleston Harbor. This space is perfect for special events
from wedding receptions and engagement parties to corporate meetings.
FEES & REQUIREMENTS:
Clubhouse Facility Fee: $2,000 (per event)
Ceremony Fee: $350
Ceremonies can be held on either lawn/beach area.
Guests are required to reserve all 10 cottages in addition to the rental fee for exclusive access
to hold an event in the Clubhouse. This allows us to ensure your event is a private affair.

O P T I O N 2 :
GRAND LAWN / BEACH AREA— Accommodates up to 125 seated guests —
Situated on the point of Charleston Harbor, breathtaking views from this area are unlike any
other in Charleston. It is the ideal space for larger groups looking for a stunning backdrop.
FEES & REQUIREMENTS:
Private Event Fee: $2,500 Ceremony Fee: $350
Guests are required to reserve a minimum of three cottages (cottages 1, 2 & 3)
for exclusive access to hold an event on the Grand Lawn. This allows us to ensure your
event is a private affair. Please contact the manager for cottage rates and availability.
O P T I O N 3 :
HARBORSIDE LAWN / BEACH AREA— Accommodates Up to 60 seated guests for ceremony or reception —
Our Harborside Lawn option offers a beautiful, romantic space that is ideal
for a more intimate ceremony and/or reception. This lawn gently slopes
to the water’s edge making 60 seated guests ideal for this space.
FEES & REQUIREMENTS:
Private Event Fee: $1,500 Ceremony Fee: $350
*Please note, the rental fee will apply whether the ceremony is held outdoors
or is moved indoors due to inclement weather.
Guests are required to reserve a minimum of three cottages (cottages 4, 5 & 6)
for exclusive access to hold an event on this lawn/beach area. Guests will enter the
Harborside lawn space through your designated Cottage. This allows us to ensure your
event is a private affair. Please contact the manager for cottage rates and availability.

The options for beautiful intimate affairs at The Cottages on Charleston Harbor are endless,
host a causal Lowcountry boil, or a glitzy silk draped harbor front reception
where the stars sparkle above you all night.
Every great celebration begins with good food. Good Food Catering was launched
in the Fall of 2004 and was quickly recognized as one of the top local caterers.
Good Food Catering offers a variety of dining options for private dining, corporate dinners,
rehearsal dinners, receptions and farewell brunches. We offer fine catered cuisine,
with restaurant quality style and service, in a variety of settings.
Each menu is customized to your individual palate with innovative selections ranging from
French and Asian flavors to classic Charleston recipes and everything in between. Our sales
team is flexible and creative in designing personalized proposals to fit each event budget.
With nearly a decade of coordinating rentals and following minute by minute timelines, our
detail oriented team will make your event seamless, allowing you to feel like a guest at your

W HAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RESERVE?
Congratulations! We would be so thrilled to help you host your family and friends at
The Cottages for your special event. To reserve The Cottages and your private event space(s),
you will be required to sign a contract and place a deposit down that is equal to 50%
of one cottage reservation, as well as your private event(s) fees.
