retaining original features and charm. The front entrance opens
into the 27' central Hallway with high gloss chequerboard
ceramic floor tiling and under floor heating, a built in storage
cupboard with hanging space, doors leading to all downstairs
rooms and wooden staircase to first floor. The large Lounge

filtered cold and boiling hot water tap. A fridge and freezer
complete the integrated appliances. The wall units feature
recessed LED lighting, the ceiling has inset lights. An exposed

Outside, 'The Croft' is on a generous plot, the majority is
lawned with paved patio areas extending from the side and
rear, lying in a south/south westerly direction enjoying the sun
throughout the day. It has a range of trees including Apple and
Plum and is bordered by mature hedgerows. Externally there is
road noise from the neighbouring A48. To the front there is
ample parking on a gravelled driveway ahead of the detached
double garage which benefits from two single up and over
doors to the front. The garage has power, lighting, storage in
roof trusses, a window and doorway leading to the Courtyard.
Vendors Comments: ‘The Croft’ offers a unique opportunity to
live in a semi-rural and private position yet benefiting from a
convenient location adjacent to the A48 and its connecting M4
junctions, both less than five miles away. We immediately fell in
love with 'The Croft' with its large, airy, and versatile rooms that
have original character and charm. We have extensively
renovated 'The Croft'; it is a fresh and contemporary house but
retains many original features to make a bespoke modern
family home with excellent transport links for commuting or
leisure.
