TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration: Registration should be made by fax using attached Registration Form no less than 14 days in advance of the start date of the course. Email or verbal registrations are not entertained. The Company reserves the right to not proceed with your registration.

Confirmation: Confirmation of registration will be made in writing subject to the receipt of: • Signed Registration Form accepting

Schneider Electric Terms and Conditions, and

• Purchase Order 7 days prior to the first date of the course

If the above 2 conditions are not complied with, the Company reserves the right not to confirm your registration and release your place in the class.

Fees: An advance deposit of RM100 is required for every registered name, per course. Balance of payment is payable in advance. Standard Course Fees indicated here cover the cost of tuition, in-structional manuals, course materials, the use of equipment and the cost of lunches/refreshments. Prices shown are in Malaysia Ringgit currency and are subject to changes without notice.

Course Documentation: Published course descriptions are the standard courses offered by the Company and are for general reference only. Course documentation and printed material are provided in Schneider Electric. Training courses are copyrighted and may not be reproduced with-out prior written consent. No audio or visual re-cording of Schneider Electric training courses or of Schneider Electric personnel teaching such courses, may be taken or reproduced electroni-cally without prior written consent.

General: Schneider Electric reserves the right to change course schedules, discontinue courses, modify course content and/or trainer, limit class size, and reschedule or cancel courses due to any unforeseen circumstances. An attempt will be made to inform the customer in advance.

• Less than 2 days: Same term as 2 to 7 days, however, the advance deposit is required again for the next agreed qualified replace-ment.

Both Onsite and/or Customized courses could be arranged on request, either at customer prem-ises or at Schneider Electric Training Centre. On-site course fees will include instructor’s expenses.
