Dear Eric H. Holder Jr. Attorney General United States of America,

I am a plaintiff in the Merck Vioxx settlement that just received a letter explaining that ifI did not appeal the ineligible decision that criminal claims against Merck will be

drop and no matter what the consequences my appeal will not be heard. Please open

a criminal complaint against Merck immediately. I received my prescription via the

Merck Representative with my doctor present in two occasions and can identify eachperson. Merck knowingly produced a poison and packaged it as a medicine that

caused two heart attacks in which the EMS technical resuscitated sudden death on

my part on two occasions which followed by a six month coma and over two yearsof rehabilitation. The Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott the prosecuting attorney

in the Vioxx Case collected funds and will not pursue Merck under the conditions of

the secret settlement. My last approach was the local rural Texas Attorney GeneralsOffice Floresville Texas June 20, 2009.

Please note after writing you my healthcare story about Merck that produced a deadly

poison called VIOXX using false statistical data stored at the UTSA library as fact(the scientist confessed 6 months ago, VIOXX does nothing for pain or help any

disease) April 209 Merck again signs an agreement for another scientific

collaboration with scientist at UTSA that uses Google scholar search at the UTSAlibrary (This library needs an overall but the OCR does not see the harm, nobodysaw it coming). Lastly, payments will be made as vaccine candidates advance

through development and are commercialized exactly the way VIOXX was

commercialized. The UTSA library is useless if the statistics are manipulated and wecan add more deaths to the 88,000 that died from VIOXX if medical statistics are

falsified at every level of private and government sector.

Please end censorship at Texas University libraries before they hurt more people.

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) and The University of Texas Health

Science Center at San Antonio (Health Science Center) have announced an exclusive

license and sponsored research agreement with Merck & Co., Inc., to develop a

vaccine for chlamydia, targeting the common sexually transmitted bacterium

Chlamydia trachomatis.

Scientists from Merck and UT will collaborate closely in research directed towarddevelopment of an effective chlamydia vaccine.

The Merck license is the first revenue-producing license for any technology developed

at UTSA. Upon execution of the license, Merck paid the university an upfront fee,

and reimbursed UT for past patent expenses. Going forward, the license is structuredto provide payments to the university as vaccine candidates advance through

development and are commercialized.

been paid by Merck.
