I’ll have you know that I just spent several minutes

researching the plural form of “environs,” only to conclude

that this word is always already plural. The lengths I go to

for you little TuxBirds!

Someone else who has traversed so far on your behalf is

the one and only Katie Parry, who created the Linux-themed

header upon which, I would wager, your right index finger

is currently resting. (Hush, lefties. We get it, you’re special.)

In mostly unrelated news, today marks the ninety-ninth

anniversary of Typhoid Mary’s final, decades-long period of

forced quarantine. Aren’t facts fun?
