BeforeThe interface design, confined by the limits of the contact management system, was rudimentary and sporadically updated. The economic savings of this system did not mitigate against the lost opportunities of a well designed site.

AfterThe site now visually and functionally conveys the values of the institution. It reinforces the experience of attending Drucker School and makes it easy for current and potential students to find the information they need.

Since she is unsure about the value of an MBA some cost/benefit info would be helpful. Once she feels comfortable with the info provided she will want to attend an info session and will need time, directions, etc.

The Drucker School Final Result

A year later, the Drucker School is ranked among the nation's top ten business schools in faculty and classroom experience by the Princeton Review. The site now visually and functionally conveys the values of the institution cited in the Review.

The comps shown here were approved and launched in the initial live stage of the project. The GUI reflected the Claremont Graduate University's desire to try and partially work with their existing CMS. After a few months, Drucker School wanted to break out of the CMS and take the design a few steps further.

The interface reflects the strategic thinking that made a winning case for a new user experience. It reinforces the experience of attending Drucker School and makes it easy for current and potential students to find the information they need.
