What is the EAEC?
The European Association of
ERASMUS Coordinators
(EAEC) is a non profit, non
governmental organization
based registered in Cyprus
with a well established network
of partners and 125 university
members. It was founded in
2005 and since then it has
been growing steadily.

Actions of the EAEC European Coordination Office in different countries
The EAEC European Coordination Office is a National Support Office with a contact communication
person connected with EAEC.
The contact is managing all the national request for support by the TASK-Force and will be organizing
local Thematic Innovation Meetings. Supports communications with other EAEC European Coordination
Offices in other countries and distribution of information both in English and in the local language, where
necessary.
The ECOs send additional targeted reminders to national members alerting them about funding
opportunities for their interest.
Organizations active in providing Consulting Business for EU funding cannot become EAEC Members but
could be considered for membership to the EAEC Task Force.

The EAEC European Coordination Office in different countries
FEES
Annual membership to EAEC : 400 euro
Optional Supplementary: 500 euro per year to be a member of the Networking Group supported by
EAEC, PROGNOSIS and the national ECO office.
This does not include support for preparation of proposals as an expert consultancy of the EAEC Task
force may apply different formula of cooperation.
