Princess Charlotte is Christenend The royal family celebrated the christening of Charlotte on Sunday July 5th
at Sandringham, in Norfolk. The photographs look nice.

Prince George’s birthday celebrations included a trip to the beach! The little royal, who turned 2 years old on July 22, spent the morning of his big day at the beach with his grandmother, Carole Middleton, and his family’s dog, Lupo.

Budget 2015The Chancellor is in charge of how the Government spends its money.
• There will be a new ‘National Living Wage’. This means that from April 2016, employers
will have to pay all their workers who are over 25 years old at least £7.20 an hour. This will go up to £9 an hour by 2020.
• The amount of money that people can earn before they pay tax will get higher.
From April 2016, people can earn up to £11,000 before they have to pay any tax.
George Osborne also said that an extra
£8 BILLION will be spent on the NHS by 2020.
This is on top of the £2 billion the Government
has already agreed to spend.
George Osborne is the UK’s Chancellor and has made some big decisions about money in the U.K. Below are some of his plans.

Police Visit Case
The police came into Case to learn about the best way to work with people with learning difficulties.
Officers teamed up with trainees to help them find out about the best ways to deal with vulnerable adults. A training officer for Humberside Police called Wally Youngman said:

Safe Places in Hull
Case News
The scheme will offer cards, which people can present to shops if they get lost or are concerned about something.The cards will display their details and who to contact in case of an emergency.

talk about the scheme
and two trainees also
star in a video about
the scheme.
Carl said “I think it is a good idea to have safe places.”
Safe Places is a scheme to help vulnerable
people to stay safe while out and about in Hull. The scheme is largely for people who
• have learning disabilities or difficulties • have dementia • need support or require assistance
whilst in public

Lewis Hamilton wins British Grand PrixThe British grand prix at Silverstone was a great race. Lewis Hamilton won.
And Sandie Jo was there to see it. Sandie said
“it was excellent and very sunny” Four cars left the race early and one of the four cars was Jenson Button. Some cars had to be lifted off the track.
