EasyEC Scan Pack Solution

This presentation has been designed to take the user through a step by step approach to using the ECN EasyEC Scan Pack Solution

EasyEc Scan Pack Solution benefits

All you need is access to the internet and an email account.

You can receive Email letting you know a new Purchase Order has arrived from the retailer.

If you deal with Third Party Warehousing, they can use this solution on your behalf.

Helpdesk support is included in the package.

You can print your pallet labels (SSCC) on your existing laser printer.

TerminologyPO = (Purchase Order) - an order for a quantity of goods from Coles to you the supplier.

POA = (Purchase Order Acknowledgment) – you the supplier letting Coles know what quantity of goods you will be supplying to the warehouse from the Purchase Order.

ASN = (Advanced Shipping Notice) - what is physically being shipped on the truck from your warehouse to the Coles warehouse.

RCTI = (Recipient Created Tax Invoice) - this replaces the invoice you used to send to Coles. Coles will now send this to you instead.

SSCC label = (Serial Shipping Container Code label) - the Label with the barcode that is attached to the side of the Pallet.

Password screen – Scan Pack

1.Type in your Username and Password

This is a secure website. Nobody can access your Purchase Orders

unless you let them.

Document Tracking Screen

1. You will receive an email letting you

know a new Purchase Order has

arrived

2. You will be able to search for your Purchase Orders by date

3. You can also search using the drop down

box if you want to see all of your Purchase

Orders

4. Then click on “Search”

Select a Purchase Order then

click on “View” and This will

take you to the PO viewing screen

You now have to let the retailer

know what you can

supply from thePurchase Order.

Click on the “Prepare POA”

button

Purchase Order Acknowledgement (POA) Manual Input Screen

1. You can manually change the Ordered units in this field. Otherwise leave as is.

2. If you change the ordered units for the POA click on the “Update Totals” button

4. Then click on the “OK” button to send

the POA3. Then click on the

“Send” button

Accessing the Prepare ASN Screen

1. Click on the “View” button totake you to the nextstep in the process.

POA – Reply with ASN screen

1. You now need to turn the POA into an

ASN.Click on the

“Prepare ASN” button.

Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) Screen1. You need to select the Product number that is

going to be placed on the pallet

2. Then type in the “Quantity” being shipped for that

product

5. Then click on the “Add SSCC to ASN” button

3. Then type in the “Batch” number

4. Then type in the “Use By” date if applicable

This is the “Quantity” being ordered for that

product

6. You MUST then click on the “Send” button for the ASN to be sent to the

retailer!

Sending & preparing to print Pallet Labels

1. You MUST then click on the “OK”

button to send the ASN to the retailer

as well going to next screen to print the

pallet labels

Printing Pallet Labels

1. This is a list of your pallet labels for the purchase

order.

2. Please click on the “Print SSCC Labels” button to create your pallet

labels.

ECN recommend printing Pallet Labels on a Laser only (no inkjet printers)

Laser Printer - When printing SSCC Pallet Labels to a standard Laser Printer

1. Select File...Print

2. Make sure you have the “Page Scaling” drop down box set to “Multiple pages per Sheet”

3. From the “Pages per Sheet” ...select “4” from the drop down box

4. Make sure you have Avery Laser Parcel (Avery Code:L7169-100) or equivalent 4 labels per sheet A4 label sheets in the printer paper tray or manual feed tray

5. Then click on the “OK” button to Print

The Pallet label should be placed at a height between 400mm and 800mm from the surface

on which the logistics unit stands and no closer than 50mm from the vertical edge

Looking at your Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) on Screen

You will receive an email when a new invoice arrives from the Retailer

You can view them on screen or print them

Please see the next slides for how to do this
