Lnclosed is a copy of H. R. 4080 which is the mili tary justice bill as anended by the subcomclttee of the House iu'med Services Conunittee . I understand there is a possibility that the Senate will be holding bearings soon and expect that Felix will get in touch with you about that . I suspect that the bearings will be on the bill as originally introduced by Senator Tydings. ~ether or not this 1s so, I assume that , if you testify, you will want to be faniliar with the House amendments .
