First and foremost, praise to Allah SWT, the Most Gracious, and the Most
Merciful, who has granted the author countless blessing, opportunity, guidance,
and knowledge to successfully complete this dissertation. I would like to extend
my sincerest gratitude to Dr. Ir. Hartoyo, MSc, Dr. Ir Heny K. Daryanto, MEc,
and Prof. Dr. Ir. Bustanul Arifin, MSc as my supervisors for giving me the
guidance, assistance, and expertise through the completion of this dissertation.
Also, I am deeply indebted and fortunate to have support of family, friends, and
colleagues who have been contributing their thoughts, advice, and pray, and I am
