INTRODUCTION • “Punishment by death”, sometimes those are the last words

that criminals hear if they have committed an unforgivable crime.

• Capital punishment is necessary because criminals committing deadly crimes should deserve what they have done to the innocent people, and the criminals should not leave a hole of fear in the citizens mind. However, lethal injections is becoming very expensive
