The use of the enneagram assessments enables coaches and organisations a key to unlocking individual, team and organisational health and effectiveness.
The Enneagram is a useful guide on the journey towards self-development, relationship building, conflict resolution and the improvement of team dynamics. Each archetype (1 – 9) resonates with a group of people that think, feel and act similar due to their core motivation. It is not aimed at “boxing”, limiting or categorising people.
