The bedrock of etiquette is consideration for
the next person. The indicators of a civilised
society are summed up in the actions and
attitudes of the people who constitute such a
society. There are no civilised communities
without well groomed individuals. Every living
person owes to the next person a certain
degree of decorum in conduct appropriate to
each life situation.

In the workplace today, an individual who
possesses a unique type of thinking is called a business “smart”…and is said to have Executive intelligence.
Executive Intelligence consists of a set of consistent, interrelated skills that forms the foundation of smart Executive Behaviourand affects every aspect of professional decision-making.
The need for Etiquette Courses and experts is rising steadily. A Harvard Analyst; Fernandez-Araoz conducted a study on new executives and discovered that those who had been hired for their self-discipline, drive and intellect were sometimes later fired for lacking basic social skills. This course will expose participants to the code of behaviour that delineates expectations for social behaviour.

Your personal brand extends far beyond just your looks. It includes who
you are, how you perform, what you can offer, your style…your
signature, and what makes you distinctive in the workplace.
Your personal brand is all about your uniqueness, your strengths, your
talents, and what you want to be known for. Regardless of the context,
work ethics is usually associated with people who work hard and perform
excellently. Best practice means finding - and using - the best ways of
working to achieve your business objectives.
It involves keeping up to date with the ways that successful businesses
operate - in your sector and others - and measuring your ways of working
against those used by the market leaders.
Participants will see the relationship between work ethics, best practice
and the bottom line.
This programme is designed to transform
young executives into change catalysts and
equip them with sound values to build the next
generation. The skills imparted aid to positively
impact young people, inspiring them to fully
develop their potentials to find fulfilment in
themselves, and add value to their
organizations.
