their beautiful location in Oklahoma.Very seldom is there a chance to buy from two Hereford outfits at the same location, at the same time, who have the

combined years of experience in the Hereford business as is seen here in The EVENT.There has never been a more exciting time to be raising Herefords. In spite of one of the worst droughts in American

history, demand and excitement for Hereford cattle remain strong.We are offering you the heart right out of our heifer replacements and bulls. Even with our extreme drought and

record low cow numbers, you are getting our very best in this sale.The cattle business is our only business. Therefore, you can be assured that these cattle have to work and perform for

us and our customers. If not we would not be in business.We do not consider ourselves as big time show people, and as such we have been very humbled at the success we

have had down through the years. We show our breeding cattle and don’t breed for show cattle. We do however feel that performance cattle don’t have to be ugly, and we like to have an attractive package to look at as much as possible. We hope that you will see this as you go through the cattle.

Our operation runs about 500 cows in normal times and of that around 125 registered females. We are most fortunate to live on a real working cattle ranch where there are wide open spaces, cattle being worked horseback, beautiful sunsets and peaceful quiet. So many people never get to experience what we consider ordinary.

You are welcome to look at the cattle here at the ranch in New Mexico anytime before they leave for the sale site at Langfords.

JCS Showtime

Showtime is one of the best bulls to have ever come out of our program. To start with, his dam was a top producer with a near perfect udder. Showtime daughters all have great udders and teat shape too. Furthermore they are holding up to our tough range conditions and are getting bred back on time. Showtime calves for the most part have lower birth weights. We have customers who have used him AI on first calf heifers. As you look at the photo of the bull you notice his incredible muscle pattern coupled with tremendous length. He is clean and smooth made with great depth of body. He has always been a bull that was easy to get fat and held it through the winter nicely. As if everything else is not enough to make him a good bull he has produced some tremendous show cattle for us and other breeders as well. Some of his winning progeny include: Reserve Summer Yearling female, National Western Stock Show, Champion female, Indiana State Fair, Reserve Grand female, Illinois State Fair, Champion female, Amarillo Tri-State Fair, Reserve Grand steer, 2010 Fort Worth Stock Show (a Hereford has not been grand or reserve since 1987 in Fort Worth), Champion female, 2012 Fort Worth. Champion horned female, National Western horned show. His progeny have stacked up an impressive sale average for other breeders as well. GKB Cattle averaged $8,000 on five head of heifers. Wilson Cattle Company $20,000 for one half interest, and another female sold for $15,000. High selling female at Cowtown Select Sale sold for $12,500 for one half interest, Purple Reign sold one half interest in a heifer for $20,000, to name a few. Please note that all of the lots in the sale will also be available for viewing online prior to sale day at www.superiorlive.com. Here’s How It Works... Turn in Bids Over the Phone. This is our traditional method of buying livestock. To get started, simply go online to www.superiorlivestock.com and click on the tab titled “Register for a Buyer Number.” Select the registration form of Superior Productions and print the registration form, fill it out and fax it in to Superio Productions at (817) 378-3380 with a signature on it. You can also mail it in to the address provided on the form. Upon receipt of this information, Superior will call you with a buyer’s number and the bid line phone number that you will use on sale day to place bids over the phone.

Click-To-Bid. This is Superior’s newest way to buy cattle! Registration is free, but you must become a member of www.superiorclicktobid.com to sign up. Becoming a member is easy, just go to the home page of www.superiorclicktobid.com and follow the outlined steps to get started. Input your information and select a username and password. From that point forward, you just have to sign in and select the sale you would like to register for and, once approved, you will be ready to bid online.

Viewing the Auction. The sale will be broadcast live on the internet at www.superiorclicktobid.com, just go to the home page and select the auction. Remember, you can call in to bid over the phone when watching on the internet if you have registered for that service, but you must be a member of www.superiorclicktobid.com to “click-to-bid” and bid online. Your computer must have Flash Media Player installed to view the auction.

Bidders who are successful in making purchases will be contacted by the ranch after the sale to settle payment and make shipping arrangements.
