• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, provide options, and recommendations relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items

• Experience collaborating and leading major and not-so-major successful projects in a large operating environment

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and dynamic GID (Get It Done) environment

• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments at the same time, perhaps in different cities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience

• Two-plus years of progressive management experience
