The God of the Universe created mankind to lead and manage His purposes on earth. This means that every person has something in them that can be developed to lead at least at one level.
Level Abilities Focus
1 Capable Person Talents, skills, work
habits
Vision for Self
2 A helper in a group. A
member and maybe a
helper, but not the leader
of the group.
- Cell Group
- Music Group
- Working Group
- Planning Group
- Event Group
- Group of Teachers
- Group of workers in a
restaurant or factory
Faithful. Has some
abilities. Good heart.
Trustworthy.
But doesn’t understand
the vision, goals,
priorities or strategies of
the team!
He sees what is
important for
him. He sees the
benefit for him:
- Joy
- Satisfaction
- Honor
- Likes to help

The Leadership Pathway
An overall mindset among the general church and leaders : We are a church who develops leaders to serve in the Seven Spheres of Society
Clear and publicized vision the children are being trained to be leaders and enter into youth ministry as well-trained leaders for youth and into Adulthood
Clear Ministry Descriptions and expectations for every role
Every department / Ministry has a Senior Leader and two assistants who are being trained in everything that leader knows and knows how to do
Every member completes Discipleship Classes and has a Ministry Placement Appointment for their SHAPE and Prayer Commissioning
Formal Classes in Bible, Leadership and Church Ministry
Everything is Strategic and Publicized
