hitewater Rafting TripsOutdoor Rec specializes in an amazing adventure as they take you down the class II & III water of the Main Payette River. This river has plenty of pool and drop rapids ideal for kayakers, families and first time rafters! There are 3 different trips this June, each trip costs $45 per person, and includes, transportation, equipment, and leadership ($25 for R4R eligible patrons). Dates are June 16, 23, and 24. Trips are usually a full day and occur on Saturdays &Sundays.

Outdoor Rec holds whitewater kayaking classes year round to prepare you for on the river kayaking! Join us for evening inflatable kayaking trips, June 6th & 20th from 4:45 PM until 10 PM! Continue what you have learned in the whitewater kayaking pool sessions and begin learning to maneuver your kayak on the open water! By the end of this multi-day course we’ll have you running class III whitewater! Open to ages 16+ and cost is $120 per person. Sign up by June 22! The class will visit the base pool, CJ Strike Marina, Bliss Section of the Snake River and Main Section of the Payette!
ountain BikingMTwo different mountain biking trips happen this month! The first one, on June 5th is a casual evening trip around Immigrant Road Trail in Mountain Home. This ride is from 5 PM until 9 PM. Ages 16+ can join for $10 using your own bike or $15 using one of ours. The second trip is June 23rd at Fisher Creek/Sawtooth National Recreation Area where an 18 mile loop road trail will take place! This event is from 7 AM until 6 PM. Ages 18+ can join us for $20 using your own bike or $25 using one of ours!
Take the family on an adventure this summer! These unique day trips are geared towards the entire family! We will float the Bliss Section of the Snake River tackling Class II whitewater. Outdoor Adventure Program provides the transportation, equipment and leadership. Family floats are open to ages 6+ with a minimum weight of 50 lbs. Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Cost is $30 per person. Join us on this float, June 17th, from 8 AM until 4 PM!
Craft beer is a growing trend! Community Skills Center has set up a time to bring you samples of 12-14 different craft beers at three different local breweries in Boise! There will be food available for purchase as well! This brews cruise is Saturday, June 30th, starting at 2 PM. Cost is $50 per person or $30 for R4R eligible patrons. Customers must be 21 or older and sign up by June 27th. Transportation is provided and the minimum number of people for this trip is 6.Departure from Community Skills Center will happen at 12:45 PM and departure from D&B Supply parking lot in Mt. Home will be 1 PM.

Twin Falls Zip Line &Kayak Excursion
Saturday June 16th, we’ll venture to Twin Falls to Zip Line and Kayak the Pillar Falls! This is an all day event from 8 AM until 8 PM. R4R eligible patrons are $35 each. Children ages 8-12 are $55 each. Ages 13+ are $65 each & customers are encouraged to bring a packed cold lunch & extra money for dinner. Sign up by June 13th! Maximum amount of people is 25.

Balanced Rock Camping Trip
This theater was built in 1914 and wasmeant for comedy, dances, and songacts; however, many community and cultural events have taken place since reopening in 1994. A 100 year old piano is a major point of interest for individuals. You can learn more on June 29th from 5:30 PM until 9:30 PM. Ages 13-18 can visit this theater for just $15 perperson, but register by June 25.

Does dad have every tool in the tool box world? Not sure what to get him? Buy dad a round of golf and a gift on the side as well! We will be open Sunday, June 17th for a $7 breakfast buffet and tee off at 9:30 AM for our father’s day flagtournament (which is only $20 buy in!) Dads can also receive up to 25% off select merchandise!
Our night golf is a super popular event out here in Mountain Home, even though it takes a while to get dark; the wait is worth it! We light up the course with glow sticks, glow flags, glow cups and yes of course glow balls for this 2 person, 9 hole night event! Watch the glow balls fly through the night sky as you try and win BIG! Our scramblescoming up are July 20, Aug.10 & Sept. 21. These spots go quickly and the golf course is limited to only 60 players for the night. Cost is $25 per per-son. There are always prizes to win as well, we just raffle them off, so bring a good luck charm!
This is a five day golf camp featuring one hour of instruction per day for each day of the week. For kids that don’t have clubs we will gladlyprovide them free of charge. If parents areinterested in purchasing a set for their child we will order them for 25% off! The classes are held by age groups. Ages 5-7 is held from 9 AM until 10 AM. Ages 8-11 is held from 10 AM until 11 AM. Ages 12-17 is held from 11 AM until 12 PM. Cost is $60 per child. This Camp runs from June 25-29th. We ask that you register before June 20th.
