There are 3 basic options for your wedding music:

The cost of these options depends on the Pathway you take...

For first 60mins£50 every extra 30mins£75 every extra 60mins


* Music whilst you & your guests enjoy lashings of scrummy food!

On the Oak & Willow Pathways, you have the option of sung music.

* Pre-Ceremony music whilst guests gather. * Music for the Big Entrance. * Signing of the Registers, 2 - 3 pieces of music * Music for your exit together.

On Birch, Willow & Oak Pathways, there is the option for singing. I can play outside if there is suitable shelter from the elements.

* Music whilst you & your guests mingle over bubbly.

If the weather is fine then I can play outside, although there must be shelter from direct sunlight. On the Oak & Willow Pathways, there is the option for singing as well.

Whilst my harp is surprisingly loud, variables such as room acoustics and noisy guests impact the sound. I can play acoustically or amplified so if I know the numbers you are having on the day, then I can make sure I bring the right gear for your wedding.

The answer to one question might supersede the answer to another:

* You might want all instrumental (Wild Apple), but if you have 70 guests then you must choose Silver Birch - Q3 supercedes Q4

* You might have 70 guests (Silver Birch), but if your wedding over 40 mins from me, then you need to choose Willow, not Apple - Q1 supercedes Q3.

* You might only be inviting 50 guests, and want all instrumental (Apple), but if your venue is over an hour from me then choose Oak - Q1 trumps both Q3 & Q4. * If you want singing during the Banquet then you must book Willow or Oak, even if your event is only 7 mins away from me at Nuthurst Grange!

* If your Ceremony is at Tanworth church (Apple), and your Drinks at Hogarth’s (Apple), you will need to choose Gentle Willow because that covers the double-venue - Q2 trumps Q1.

If in doubt contact me with your answer to at least questions 1 - 3,

and for Q1 all I need is the postcode of your venue

Q.2How many different venues ?You may be having a church ceremony, followed by drinks at a hotel, or you might be having the ceremony at a castle, a handfasting in the woods and a tea party in the village hall. If you want me to play at all of your venues then you will need to select the right pathway...NB. The icons below represent the number of venues per pathway, not the type of venue.

If you are having a small wedding for which I play acoustically, then all the music will be instrumental. A slightly larger wedding means I bring my small amp, and therefore singing is available for the ceremony. If I bring my full PA, singing is possible for all options.

My huge playlist is there for all but with three of the pathways I can learn new songs for you...

To save figuring out drive-time, mileage and difference, travel will be charged at 45p per mile one-way only, starting from my home. The return journey is counted as your free allocation for this pathway.

Up to the eighth new song, you must upgrade to the next pathway to add a new song.

Q.2 What if you want more new songs ?

8+ new songsA.Choose Ancient Oak

For more than 8 songs, choose Ancient Oak, then each additional song you add beyond 8 will be charge at £20 per song.
