What is the FPU System?

Description. The FPU® Mobility System is a patented

modular, mobile warehouse. It is an all-steel, side-load,

intermodal, ISO-Certified, storage / shipping container system

offered via the FPU-20, Boh-Cargo-12 and FPU-8 series

configurations. . The FPU System is 100% compliant with the

Trade Agreement Act (TAA).

Functional. The FPU® Mobility System is an easily

customized and highly durable storage and transport system. It

is capable of rapidly mobilizing multiple classes of material

including, Class I, II, III (P), IV, VII, VIII and IX.

Interoperable Modules. The 31 different modules are

interchangeable and interoperable between our FPU-20 and

FPU-8 series container systems. All standard supply modules

feature adjustable drawer slides and drawer compartments to

enable the end user to immediately change the FPU’s

configuration depending on small, medium, large material

mobility requirements.

Fully Intermodal. The FPU® Mobility System is transportable

by conventional sea, rail and ground systems. Handled or

moved on Flatbed, Mobilizer, PLS and HEMTT- LHS. FPUs lock

directly onto PLS flatrack or commercial container bogey.

Air Mobile. Approved for transport on C-130, C-17, and C-5

aircraft by U.S. Air Force HCU-6E/463L pallet compatible.

Containerized Mission Systems. The FPU® Mobility System

also includes office automation, command and control, and bare

base support configurations.

It is a System of Systems.

reduced lost hours due to packaging and handling of material.

Reliable Performance on rugged terrain and in combat

environments. FPUs are repairable at the lowest user level.

available in 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, and 16” deep drawers.

Compartments are adjustable in 2” increments from front to back.

storage. Dual wall construction with all steel exterior

and spark resistant aluminum interior. Continuous

welded drawers and floor area provide containment

in the event of leaks. Our flammable / corrosive

module is designed to be interchangeable; therefore,

may be inserted into any of our FPU-8 and FPU-20

Our Weapons Module is constructed with a dual-wall, all-steel exterior / interior and accommodates 5 weapons

drawers each. Can stores up to 280 each 9MM pistols, 40 M16A2 rifles or a combination of 35 M4 or M16A2 rifles.

An 8” Security/Weapons Drawer is available for storage of weapons accessories, like scopes, night vision goggles

and repair kits. This module is secured using a three point locking system with a key lock located in the exterior

door and a door locking bar that accommodates high security locks. Our Weapons Module is interoperable between

the FPU-8 and FPU-20 series containers.

Description: The QUADCON Module Adapter Restraint System secures QUADCON Adapters (P/N 15441100,

15441120 and 15441130) into Government-owned QUADCON containers that are not equipped with tie-down

accessories. This system is installed without the requirement to drill or weld by utilizing the QUADCON’s primary wall,

ceiling, floor structures and a series of pressure plates. It consists of side frames, top beams and pusher plate

mechanisms. Dimensions are: 65”W x 41”D x 21”H. It weighs 330 lbs.

What Else Can BOH Provide?

The BOH DECON-12 Containerized Decontamination System is a fully self-contained system for decontaminating personnel

and equipment. The system is secured in an all-steel container, which can be transported to incident sites by air, land, or sea

modes of transportation. The system can be air-lifted by helicopter and can be set up for operation on almost any terrain.

It is rapidly deployed and can be made completely operational in 10 minutes. It is a freestanding system and is virtually

effortless in setting up. After water is connected simply start the 7.5kW generator. Privacy curtains are swung into position to

form heavy-duty entry (dirty) and exit (clean) shelters, capable of withstanding adverse weather conditions. All support

equipment is pre-connected in the container and is ready to begin the decon operation. All curtains are free standing and do not

require guy wires or other external security attachments.

The generator, both water heaters and the fresh air heaters are powered by diesel fuel. A 40-gallon DOT approved fuel tank

provides sufficient fuel supply for the generator and water heaters to operate in excess of 4 hours continuous.

Note: Requires 28 gallons per minute (GPM) and 75 PSI at the head for proper operation.

The Boh Modular Workshop Container (MWC) is a fully self-contained modular system that can be configured for

use as a Workshop, Bench Stock Storage Room, Receiving & Issue Center, Maintenance Facility, Office and

Command & Control Center in theater or garrison. Measures 87” W x 85” H x 144” L, enabling it to fit on the bed of

the M1078 Truck without interfering with pulling other equipment using the truck’s pintle hook. MWC features 8 tie-

down rings that enable it to be secured to M1078 cargo bed or sling-lifted. MWC offers a variety of modular storage

aids and operational components that bolt to the floor using the container’s “Unistrut” track system. Aids that secure

to and move within this track system include: Parts Storage Cabinet Modules (w/full-extension drawers, drawer

dividers, and drawer securing devices); Extractable Shelf Storage Cabinet Modules; and Desk (w/ drawers). Other

BOH designed and fielded the FPU-TS to mobilize any of our 20-ft. Containers (FPU-20 series); Linked 20’

Container Configurations (FPU-8-2/Boh-Cargo-12-1; FPU-8-2/Boh-Cargo-6/FPU-8-2; and ASLMS) and

Containerized Mission Systems (Expandable Wall Command Center, Containerized Command Center). The

FPU Transport System enables the user to fully access the FPU Modules inside the Container while the

FPU Container is mounted on the trailer (without the use of any forklift or other Materiel Handling

Equipment (MHE)). It does this through pull-out walk platforms along both sides of the trailer which are

accessible by integral ladder from ground. The FPU-TS significantly enhances the tactical mobility of the modular

FPU System and may be pulled by the MTV, LMTV, HEMTT, PLS, HET truck or any properly rated towing vehicle

using a pintle hook for pulling trailers.
