The Friendly Animal Shelter

The Friendly Animal Shelter is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping animals find a loving home. The shelter opened up in 1999, and so far has been successful in rescuing and taking care of animals. Celebrities such as Kanye West and Beyoncé Knowles have adopted animals from our shelter and also bring their pets in for daily check-ups.

Our great deal of a 40 dollar fee, which includes adoption of a new friend, supplies such as food, toys, and treats, is perfect for a family of five or a single person looking for companionship. We also accept donations whether it be money or supplies. Our shelter currently opens up at 5 a.m. and closes at 12 a.m. weekly. We’re located in Beverly Hills on 2485 boulevard. We hope to educate many people about the responsibilities of owning a pet through adoption, sterilization, and education.

We are currently accepting applications for volunteers of any age who love working with animals and who are willing to be dedicated to our critters in need!
