So what’s the difference between our Harvest Strawberry besides the earthy packaging and farm reference?

Not a whole low, but a few things do differ.

1. Poptarts Simply use no high fructose corn syrup - which is a plus. However, does it still use regular corn syrup and sugar? Yes, and there are no real differences in carbohydrate content - minus a few grams.

2. Poptarts Simply use no artificial dyes (including Red40), which some people are allergic to these dyes. 3. The only other difference is that the Poptarts Simply contains more SATURATED fat, which doesn’t

necessarily equate it to be a better choice.

Overall, neither of these are a great choice for breakfast, and just because the box and wording brings thoughts of this product just being pulled from the ground au natural doesn’t mean it is nor is it a part of a balance breakfast.
