• Programs should be fragmented in order to allow listeners to personalize their

Convergence Law • Convergence applicaWons and services every sector (broadcasWng, telco, internet) regulated by separated law and will use umberella licensing approach;
• Should be integrated by developed convergence law;
Infrastructure • TelecommunicaWon infrastructures need to be upgraded to introduce convergence applicaWon. Upgrading could be done by expanding capacity of access and backbone in saveral ciWes.
