The Galeco HIDDEN Gutter Systemis a system intended to facilitatethe work of architectsand designers who createunconventional building forms


Thanks to the system solution of aesthetically concealing the gutter and the pipe

in the body of the building, it will now be possible to implement even the most innovative

house designs without the need of traditional fitting of the pipes outside the facade.

Advantages of the system:

Quick assembly and disassemblyof the cover enables access to the gutter

It enables access to the gutter, thanks to which cleaning of the systemis possible at all times.

Optimally adapted for installation in the facade,and, additionally, provides greater efficiency.

When fitted properly, the hidden gutter system is completely safe,that is there is no risk of its leaking.

Our goal is to streamline the work of the architects,which is why we provide them with CAD drawings,which facilitate incorporation of the system into the design.

The Galeco HIDDEN Gutter Systemis dedicated for installationin buildings without traditional eaves

The Galeco HIDDEN Gutter System is an innovative system, dedicated for installation

in the thermal insulation of buildings which do not have traditional eaves.

The system consists of a steel pipe with rectangular profile, 125 mm wide,

and a downpipe, made of PVC-U, sized 70 x 80 mm.

Calculating the Effective Roof Surface (ERS)

Capacity table

Comparing the table data with the surface to be drained, choose the number

of soil pipes and their arrangement which is the most fitting for the given building.

The data in the table specify the maximum roof surface from which a single soil pipe

of the system can drain water, with the downpipe situated on the edge or centrally.

Roof surface in m² = (C/2 + B) x roof length.

The above calculations are made on the assumption that precipitation intensity is 75 mm/h and the maximum roof pitch is 50 degrees. For roofs with pitches lower than 10 degrees or flat, the maximum effective roof surface equals the roof surface.

Top-quality material. Steel core covered with zinc-coatand polymer coating, which guarantees durability for years.


Information about the size

Colours

The Galeco HIDDEN Gutter System 125/70x80 is intended for guttering on single-family houses,

residential buildings and small industrial facilities which have eavesless roofs.

Thanks to its rectangular profile, the pipe is more efficient than the competing 125 mm pipes

with round profile. The rectangular pipe has been designed to allow concealment

of the entire downpipe in the thermal insulation of the building.

Depending on the roofing or the facade, we offer 12 colours of the cover.

On request, the covers can be painted in any colour from the RAL palette.

Apart from the fact that the systemis placed inside the thermal insulationof the building, its innovativenessconsists in application of a snap-actionjoint between the bracket and the cover


Specially designed support bracket

The specially designed support bracket has fasteners in the bottom part, thanks to

which the cover can be snapped inside of the bracket. This element can be

removed at any time, in order to carry out maintenance of the gutters.

The cover, the hook and the gutter are technical solution

of Galeco, legally-protected by the Polish Patent Office.

Thanks to application of technical solutions hitherto unprecedented

in rational gutter systems, the Galeco HIDDEN Gutter System

develops the traditional approach to gutters into a solution dedicated

for the most daring designs of the contemporary architects.
