THE GAME Asia poker is based on an ancient Chinese game called “13 Cards” and combines the elements of Pai Gow Poker and the American game of Poker. The game is played with a traditional deck of 52 playing cards plus one joker. The joker can be used only as an Ace, or to complete a straight, a flush, a straight flush or a royal flush. All wagers at Asia poker shall be made by placing gaming chips on the appropriate betting area of the Asia poker layout. Only players who are seated at the Asia poker table may place a wager at the game. To determine the starting position, the dealer shall count counter clockwise around the table with the position of the dealer considered #1, and continuing around the table with each betting position counted in order, including the dealer, regardless of whether there is a wager at the position, until the count matches the total of the three (3) dice. Each player shall be responsible for setting his or her own hand. Players may however ask the dealer for assistance in which case the dealer will set the hand according to the house ways. Players must keep all seven cards in plane view at all times. Players may not touch their cards once they have placed them face down on the appropriate area of the layout. A player may announce that he or she wishes to surrender his or her wagers prior to the dealer exposing any of the three hands of that player. rAnKinG oF THE HAnDSEach player at the table is dealt seven cards, which the player arranges to make three hands; a one-card hand, a two card hand, and a four card hand. When setting the three hands, the four card high hand must be equal to or higher in rank than the two card medium hand, and the two card medium hand must be equal to or higher in rank from the one card low hand.

obJECT oF THE GAMEA player will win if any two of the player’s three hands are higher in rank than any of the dealers, corresponding three hands. If any one of the player’s hands is identical in rank to the dealers this is a tie or (Copy hand). The dealer wins all copy hands.

No commission charged on winning wagers.
