Q: What is the worship add-on?A: You may hear talk about a “worship add-on” for The Gospel Project for Kids. This refers to the music resources found in the digital Essentials Plus bundles and the print Kits tagged “with Worship”. These are the only places you will find worship resources. They are not available for purchase separately.

Q: My church isn’t a Baptist church. Can we still use The Gospel Project?A: Yes! We believe that the Bible has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any margin of error, for its matter and that all Scripture is totally true and trustworthy. Q: Will there be a prompt for The Gospel Project reorders?A: We will prompt people who signed up for the Pilot Program. We will direct mail customers quarterly. And of course the Quarterly Order Packet will continue to mail with order forms quarterly.

Q: What’s up with the second-hour of worship option for kids?A: If your church does a second hour of kids worship after Bible study and you desire to continue the learning throughout, this plan is for you. The worship experience, however, does not have to follow immediately after the Bible study plan. Do you have an extra hour a week that you need to fill and you don’t have kids worship? Maybe Sunday night? Tuesday afternoon? Wednesday? Small groups during the week? You can plug this plan in during that hour and reinforce the learning that occurred during Bible study. This worship resource gives you the flexibility to teach and reinforce on your timetable and still drive home the truths of God’s Word.

Q: What’s the difference between the Essentials, Essentials Plus, and Essentials Pro bundles for kids?A: Those are the digital options for The Gospel Project for Kids curriculum. Essentials has everything you need, Essentials Plus has everything you need plus music (six songs, three Key Passage songs and three Unit songs), and Essentials Pro has everything you need plus music AND an additional hour of worship materials.

Q: What happens after 3 years?A: The Gospel Project for Kids is designed so that your kids get the entire scope every three years. This allows them to go through the Bible three different times at three different developmental stages—Preschool, Younger Kids, and Older Kids.

Q: Can I buy a digital bundle and still purchase printed resources?A: You can purchase a digital bundle and still choose to purchase The Big Picture Cards for Families in print format. You can also buy digital for one age group, print for the other, and you are free to switch each quarter if you find that “the other version” works better. The Gospel Project for Kids Timeline Map and Small Group Visual Pack are also available as both print and digital resources.

Q: With what ages should the Preschool material be used? What about “Younger Kids” and “Older Kids”?A: We recommend the Preschool curriculum for kids ages 3+. We do not currently publish The Gospel Project for Kids materials for younger than three years of age. Many churches have told us they feel limited when we set specific ages on material, so we created a broader term and ask that churches review the material and decide what is the best fit for their kids.

Q: The curriculum is formatted as small group, large group, small group. I have a small group of kids. Can I still use this?A: Yes. We designed the elements to be flexible enough to use with a small or large group. Using small groups and/or large groups is optional.

Q: We are using The Gospel Project for Kids only in small groups. Do we have to buy a kit for every classroom?A: No. You will just need to purchase one kit per ministry area (Preschool and Kids). After you’ve purchased the kit, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase additional DVDs for each classroom for $10 each. The Worship DVD is available for $20 each. The Enhanced CDs are also available for an additional charge with the purchase of a kit or digital bundle. Please contact Customer Service for details at 1.800.458.2772. Pricing is subject to change.
