Grand Crus-Light toast on three years air dried wood with toasted heads. These work best for barrel fermented Pinot Noir and Chardonnay….. This is what they use and do in Burgundy….left minimum 2 years sur lees and then up to 6 years…no stirring or racking, just topping as needed…light egg white fining if needed (up to 3/barrel) and then bottled unfiltered.
Price $590. Crop lighter than expected. These barrels came in last week.

Selling a 3.5 barrel (about 418 liter) Grundy tank. A Grundy tank is a pressurizable serving tank that were made in Britain for brewpubs. You can use nitrogen, argon, or CO2 to pressure a little to dispense the wine and keep it from oxidizing. I was asking $1500 or on a best offer basis. It may need new seals on the windows and the top manway.

This Karcher powered pressure washer system is rated at 1300psi, 120volt and has a GFI rated power cord. The unit includes one triple head wand and an additional flex wand for close quarter cleaning. Located on a cart with pneumatic tires, are two 7.5 gal. chemical solution tanks with low volume sensors for ideal pump protection. These are constructed of 4” thick panel walls (26 gauge steel interior/exterior, polyurethane foam insulation). NSF. 4x5 freezers have 115V/60 cycle ceiling-mounted compressor, and 4x6 freezers have 208-230V/60 cycle ceiling-mounted compressor (both are single phase). $2000 for either size (unassembled), FOB Vermilion. Extra $400 for pre-assembly and wiring (everything is included to do it yourself). Units are about 10 years old; each was only used 1 year with school food contracts in previous business.
