WESTERN IBERIA 

The  Western  Iberian  Project  is  an innovaTve  case  to  ter r i tor ia l conservaTon management carried out by  a  cooperaTve  network  of  several public and private organizaTons using Land Stewardship agreements. 

The  terr itory  corresponds  to  a transnaTonal  natural  area  of  over  2.5 million hectares linking the Portuguese‐Spanish  border  in  the  Central  West  of the Iberian Peninsula
