REACH 1907/2006 Explanation and Information (Article 33 / SVHC)
The Haug Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG (so called „Downstream User“) offers as a Distribu-tor of electronic components finished goods, thus non-chemical products.
Under normal application conditions the offered products should not discharge any chemical substances. In principle, therefore, Haug Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG is not sub-ject to any obligation to register or to compile safety data sheets.
We will inform you according to REACH – Art. 33, whenever substances in products from our product portfolio contain concentration of more than 0.1 % by weight which have been named as very high concerned substances specified by the European Chemistry Agency (ECHA).
With today’s knowledge we do not assume this for any case. The actual candidate list is provided on the European Chemicals Agency website under the following address.

Basically we as a Distributor will receive the Information from our suppliers. Depending on this information we kindly ask you for your understanding that we will not fill out any form/ questionnaire. Due to the complexity of this topic, many existing articles and suppliers, we will not be able to give any declaration by our own. Of course we will pro-vide the supplier’s declaration to you. Those will be continuously completed and up-dated.
There is no legal obligation to provide confirmations. Nevertheless we will of course in-form you as soon as we have been informed about adding any new substances with a concentration of more than 0.1 % by weight in delivered products.
Independently we keep tracking for our own interest and to remain high standard of product safety for our customer’s the implementation of REACH at our supplier part-ners.
