Founded in 1991 and located in Lake Mary, Florida, The Hilton Group Co. was established to assist owners of smaller commercial real estate

ventures with independent third party professional services.  During his career, President and Owner Harry Hilton has provided services for public and private companies and other business ventures for over 40 years….

Over those years, Harry Hilton has become a valued and trusted advisor to many.  He has a well-earned reputation for proficiency in both start-up and turn-around situations and has maintained profitability in both strong and

challenging economic times…. Today's challenging marketplace makes service an even more critical component in selecting a company to represent your interests.  The Hilton Group Co. has long honored a commitment of personal attention to each client and assignment.  A small company owned by Harry F. Hilton, The

Hilton Group Co. works through local and worldwide strategic alliances to provide critical operations experience to help clients achieve financial

goals…. A variety of services are available with a primary emphasis on commercial

real estate projects including retail shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, and resorts. More recently the company has been actively

involved in native American business opportunities and has created a new business model for an old business….We continue to look for new and

exciting and meaningful opportunities….

Experienced Principal…. Harry F. Hilton has had many successful ventures in commercial real estate during

the past 4 decades.  Prior to founding The Hilton Group Co. in 1991, Harry was Vice President and Director of Operations for Penco Management and SRF Properties, two leading owners and operators of neighborhood retail strip shopping centers and office facilities.  In both cases he directed the ongoing Florida operations of over twenty projects comprising +2 Mil square feet and was responsible for an increase of the net revenue and overall value of over 30%.  He negotiated major and local leases totaling over +$2.0 Mil annually while increasing property valuations to over +$5 Mil. 

As The Hilton Group Co. he has been actively involved with national and international development of resort properties primarily in the southeastern United States and in the Caribbean providing senior executive leadership.  His assignments included land assemblage, negotiation, formulation of projects and components, and the establishment of strategic alliances with major hotel chains, contractors, designers, engineers, signature golf course operators, and coordinators.  

Harry has an exclusive representation agreement with a native American tribe and for the past 15+ years has been actively involved in pursuing business opportunities for them..

Harry has a BBA in Management and has extensive accounting and financial experience including a forensic accounting review of a Wall Street Fund CMBS portfolio.  He was profiled by the Orlando Business Journal and has past affiliations with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP)
