PROJECT CORE VALUES

The Hollybush is a traditional village public house with a good size car park and garden area. The current offer is a mixture of dining seating with some sofas and a games area. The pub is well located for the nearby community and for destination customers alike. The layout as existing is very restrictive in that the bar servery is centrally located and isolates the trade area behind which from a customers perspective is very much secondary and not inviting. The proposed is to create a new focal bar and maximize the overall trade area to utilize it to its full potential.

BRIEF DISCRIPTION -

The site is to receive a full internal refurbishment including structural

alteration to open up the trade area. A new bar -

servery, which will be located in front of the trade kitchen will - provide

focal point from both entrances and enable better use of the trade area and

inclusion of snug areas and zoning. The new layout will be more condusive to

flexible dining and drinking areas and improve the outlook to the garden

area. The toilet -

facilities are also to be extended as are currently very compact. -
