PROJECT CORE VALUES

The Horse & Groom is a traditional village pub situated in the town of Stratfield Mortimer.

Core Values:Ø Improve the external first impressions of the pub with a new

signage scheme, decorations, external seating areas and garden area.

Ø Increase external appeal of the existing pub by building a timber framed pergola to the right hand side of the pub.

Ø Refresh the interior to create a more country look and feel along the lines of the Punch village pub and kitchen template.

Ø Upgrade the kitchen to support the proposed food offer.
