Marketing of The Hunger Games

The Hunger Games advertised by using posters, they would distribute their posters to fans for free and post them online also put them on buses and billboards this worked well because people would see them when a bus go’s past or when they pass a billboard. They also advertised in newspapers and magazines. Their advertising online would be making accounts or pages on Twitter and Instagram where they would use hashtags that trend and Facebook and Tumblr where they would post information about the movie coming out. Yahoo also set a live stream of the movies premiere where fans could watch it. When it came to teasers they would post pictures of the main characters but only half of their face.
