As I write this, I am under constitutional oath to protect the US Constitution against all enemies

foreign and domestic and per UCMJ 95 Article 134 Misprision of serious offense if I dont tell. Ihave informed a magistrate judge, a State governor, two US Senators and a US Representative.

What do you do if you joined the US Military long ago and swore an oath to protect the USConstitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic, then late in your career there was anelection, and you learned the person who won the election and got inaugurated, but truthfullywas never constitutionally eligible to be a candidate?

Senator Barack Hussein Obama II was not properly vetted as a candidate for the DemocraticParty in 2008 elections. As a native born US Citizen he was eligible to be a US Senator, but hisbirth circumstances did not qualify him for the US President. He was not supposed to be in theelection or on the ballot, but he was and he won the election.

We have a de facto Commander in Chief of the military sitting in the White House protectedby the Secret Service, giving orders to the US Armed Forces.

There are two pathways to become a US Citizen by naturalization or birth, and there are two sub-

pathways of becoming a US Citizen by native birth you are either a dual-citizen born to one USCitizen or a natural born citizen, native born of two US Citizens.

Barack Hussein Obama II was born a dual-citizen, born to one US Citizen and direct-blood of aBritish citizen.

Barack Hussein Obama II is NOT a natural born citizen, native born of two US Citizens.

His websites claimed he was born a dual-citizen, not natural born. Nothing that happened after

birth alters the birth circumstance. History cant be changed. The propaganda fooled thepopulation into thinking Obama was eligible when he cannot be, because his father was not a USCitizen on August 4, 1961.

Barack Hussein Obama II is not constitutionally eligible to be a US President, but he got into andthrough the 2008 election by mistake or gross criminal negligence. There needs to be aninvestigation, but the Attorney General or Department of Justice cannot be trusted.

His websites, campaign staff, media, etc., have distracted from and ignored the truth aboutObama. The 1963 Kenya Independence or his life in Indonesia are distractions from the fact hisfather was a British citizen, in the USA on a non-immigration student visa.

Everyone seems focused or distracted -- on the Economy, Healthcare, his cabinet, his SupremeCourt appointments, etc.

Everything he signs is 100% reversible.

Undo all he has wasted time and money doing, and do the right thing.

Why are we wasting time when Obama fails eligibility, and he is usurping the office of Presidentof the United States?
