Los Angeles/Long Beach JetBlue is the largest airline at Long Beach Airport which is midway between downtown L.A. and the attractions of Orange County. JetBlue has up to 32 daily departures, to a dozen destinations including service to the Bay Area and other top destinations in the western U.S., including Seattle, Portland, and seasonal service to Anchorage. JetBlue offers the airport’s only transcontinental service, with flights to Boston and New York. At Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) JetBlue operates flights to New York (JFK), Boston, MA, Buffalo, NY and Fort Lauderdale, FL. In 2014, JetBlue introduced its new Airbus A321 aircraft with its premium Mint experience, including lie-flat beds and private suites, available on select routes. JetBlue also provides daily flights between Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport and New York (JFK).
