22. But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.

Matthew 10:14-15 “And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

15. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.”

Why ? These cities had opportunities that Sodom and Gomorrah did not have.

And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:17. For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
