Kristen Anderson— Wimmer's Diamonds Sales Associate | Fargo Kristen moved from her small town in Montana to Fargo/Moorhead to attend Concordia College and has been in love with the area ever since. She majored in communication studies and loved being involved in various musical groups on campus during her time there. After school she stayed in the area and started working for Wimmer's Diamonds, a local family-owned jewelry store. She runs the social media for Wimmer's Diamonds as well sales and other marketing aspects. In her free time, Kristen loves baking, playing piano and experiencing downtown Fargo's vibrant art scene. Martha Bartels (Leidholm)— Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic

Development Corporation Project Manager | Fargo As the project manager with the Greater Fargo Moorhead Economic Development Corporation (GFMEDC), Mar-tha acts as an internal resource for GFMEDC staff and initiatives, as well as an external resource for primary sec-tor companies. Just a few of Martha's duties include the administration and implementation of assigned eco-nomic development projects; providing highly professional assistance on project based initiatives and programs; and preparing proposal responses to new business attraction. Born and raised in North Dakota, she enjoys Bison Football (GO BISON!) and spending time with her family. Bob Bartelt— Midcontinent Communications Technical Support Manager | West Fargo As a technical support manager for Midcontinent Communications, Bob manages the Technical Support Team in the Technical Operations building in West Fargo. As part of the Customer Care Management Team, Bob is also responsible for ensuring Midcontinent’s policies, procedures and technologies are best aligned to serve their customers in the most effective and efficient way possible. Born and raised in the Detroit Lakes area, Bob enjoys getting back to the lakes as much as possible to do lots of hunting, fishing and any other outdoor activity there is to do! Bob and his wife Kristi live in Moorhead with their two children, Brady 7, and Sadie 2. In his free time, he loves to watch Brady play hockey and try to keep up with the always energetic Sadie! Melissa Cameron— Discovery Benefits, Inc. Hannah Goodmanson— GOLDMARK Property Management Company Accountant | Fargo As the company accountant at GOLDMARK Property Management, Hannah is responsible for the financials of the three GOLDMARK companies, as well as helping with movements toward efficiency. When she isn’t crunching numbers, she loves reading thrillers/murder mysteries, scrapbooking, and doing yoga and Tae-Bo with her 3-year old son. Given her low propensity for risk-taking, Hannah has forced herself to move out of her comfort zone and has recently tried golfing and abstract painting. Zach Herrmann— Houston Engineering, Inc. Professional Engineer | Fargo As a civil engineer with Houston Engineering, Inc. Chad Lystad— Rasmussen College Advisor | Moorhead As a student advisor at Rasmussen College, Chad is a “One Stop Shop” for his students. Chad advises on any manner of issue a student may be experiencing, whether it be financial aid, scheduling, difficulty accessing re-sources, time management or overcoming those life hurdles that make higher education a challenge. Originally from Stanley, Chad moved to Fargo in 2003 and has since fallen in love with the community. He and his wife are new home owners and they spend much of their time working on their house and taking care of two crazy dogs. Born and raised in western North Dakota, she enjoys time on the Mis-souri river, hunting, and spending time with her family and friends. Anna Miller— Minnesota State University Moorhead Director of Annual Giving | Moorhead As the director of annual giving, Anna oversees a multi-faceted program designed to encourage alumni, faculty and staff, parents, students, area businesses and friends of the university to make philanthropic gifts to support scholarships, athletic and academic programs, and experiential learning opportunities. A native of North Dakota, Anna returned to the area after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She and her 10-year old daughter, Mia, have resided in Minot, Bismarck and Fargo. Anna enjoys the outdoors and likes to hike, kayak, and camp and has also been a crossfitter for the past two years. Born and raised in Fargo/West Fargo, Jenna has grown to love and appreciate the Midwest, as she firmly believes our people are the best in the country. Jenna and her husband Jordan have a 3- year- old daughter named Violet, an 8 month old son named Charlie, and a 6 year old Weimaraner dog named Molly. Lexi Oestreich— Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation Program Officer | Fargo

As the program officer with the FM Area Foundation, Lexi manages community grant round and the scholarship program. She also is the Foundation liaison to the nonprofit sector, peer foundation and philanthropic partners, and responsible for programs, workshops and special initiatives the Foundation takes on. Born and raised in Hawley, Minnesota she has a love for the lakes, coffee, NDSU football and meeting new people. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her one year old daughter Isabelle and husband Alex, going on walks in the park, and exploring our great community. Brenda Ostlie— Flint Communications, Inc. Sr. Writer/Content Writer | Fargo

Brenda loves words and she loves life—a perfect match for her career as a marketing communications profes-sional and writer. She’s worked in an ever-changing role at Flint Communications for the past 10+ years. Her path has also included time at Great Plains Software/Microsoft, Captial Hill in D.C. and a decade in Minneapolis. Brenda is a Concordia grad. (Go Cobbers!). She balances her professional life with a leadership role in a local chapter of Bible Study Fellowship International, dabbles in art and is blessed with the world’s greatest family. Heather Ostrowski— Dale Carnegie Business Group of ND Performance Consultant | Fargo

Heather is a performance consultant and relationship manager who is passionate about people and their suc-cess. To align business strategies and people practices to drive results is her mission. Hearing and watching the development, growth and ROI that comes from this alignment is her joy. Heather joined the Dale Carnegie Team in 2013, after experiencing 20 years of college admissions, leadership and sales. She received her Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State in Speech Communication. She lives in Moorhead with her husband, Jeremy and their two boys, Ethan and Adam. Amy Ouren— Forum Communications Company Circulation Sales and Marketing Manager | Fargo As the circulation sales and marketing manager for Forum Communications, Amy works with 34 newspapers in the region developing, planning and executing sales and marketing strategies that promote the newspapers and encourage residents to subscribe. Amy was born and raised in Bismarck. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a major in Bison Pride and an emphasis in Green and Gold. After being part of the Bison commu-nity for four years, she decided to remain a part of the Fargo community where she met her husband, Derek. They live in north Fargo with their baby daughter Evelyn and floppy-eared basset hound Buddy. In her free time, she enjoys going on family walks, Pinteresting and experiencing new adventures in the FMWF area. She also teaches dance for the West Fargo Just for Kix program. Dan Hurder— Great Plains Hospitality CEO/President | Fargo Dan’s career in the hospitality industry began with a job as night manager for a Hilton Garden Inn in Cleveland, Ohio.
