Modern day working has made it difficult for us to continue upgrading ourselves on our specialty domains and behavioral attributes. Constraints are of different nature for different organizations and professionals. Common constraints mentioned are time, budgets, motivation, and objective and so on. HR & L&D being the torch bearers of knowledge capital in every organization, they find it difficult to organize common schedules and obtain participation thus creating a huge impediment towards the growth of the company. HR teams attempts at their best to organize maximum trainings but are left to battle these constrains PROGRAM DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS Our objective is to propagate training as an internal DNA of an organization with Edulight being the platform for such an engagement. We shall Provide training on varied Behavioral topics to organizations in a cost effective manner through the use of technology. OBJECTIVES Training culture is evolving in every organization and so are the manner in which HR / L&D is addressing these challenges. Whilst there are concerns on one side, there are solutions being built on the other side. Technology has swept the way we live and training and education is turning out to be an important consumer of technology. Progressive HR / L&D as key drivers of learning culture within the company has started unleashing a plethora of LEARNING INITIATIVES through the use of technology. Edulight is proud to present a unique new platform where Learners from across the globe shall come together at a common time to undergo specific sessions on specific topics which are meant to cater to specific cadre of professionals within a company. 2 classes per week / 10 sessions in a month in phase 1. In Phase 2 , classes would be conducted every alternative day and finally in phase 3 it would be a Mon to Fri daily 1 hour model.

The studio can host 540 classes / locations at the same time. However in phase 1 we are expecting nearly 150 locations being logged on simultaneously.

THE LEARNING HOUR is a training schedule which would be relayed from our studio to end subscribers. Our state of the art studio (www.edulight.co.in/studio) shall have topical experts who shall conduct 1 hour of focused classes daily on topics that impact our behavioral and functional skills. Edulight shall at the start of the month provide you with the schedule in order to facilitate you obtaining nominations for the class. At your end, you shall be provided a relay access point which you shall connect to your training room / conference room and depending on the number of

participants you may project the classes LIVE to all your participants. It would be important to note that it’s a 2 way interactive method of learning and the participants can ask the question as the class progresses or during the question time. The client is free to put a maximum of 15 participants in a class. Our instructor shall be able to view your class online.

All technology investments are being done by Edulight. The subscriber should have only an access point, internet, a web camera and a projector.
