As you may have heard, homes are selling at a record pace and now is certainly a great time to sell your home! With mortgage rates at record lows and hovering around 3%, there is a strong pool of buyers and not enough inventory (houses) to go around.
Year-over-year listings were flat, but new contracts increased by double-digits. Home showings were over 30% greater compared to the same timeframe in 2019, demonstrating high consumer demand for housing.

Did you know that approximately 70%-80% of your immune system resides in your gut?! It is your “gate-keeper” to the outside world. Your immune system is responsible for telling the difference between good bacte-ria and pathogens, toxins and nutrients and protects you. It is very important to keep your immune system as strong as possible!
Here are some health tips to help you strengthen your immune system...
• drink water- drinking water helps rid the body of toxins, strive to drink ½ your body weight in ounces each day. Add lemon for an extra boost in vitamin C.
• choose nutrient dense foods …
– foods rich in antioxidants—berries, dark leafy greens, almonds, walnuts, green tea, dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)…
– foods high in vitamin C – citrus fruits, red bell peppers, strawberries, broccoli…
– foods high in omega-3 healthy fats – seeds, nuts, wild caught salmon, avocadoes, olive oil…
– spices- ginger, garlic, turmeric, cinnamon
• reduce sugar - processed foods, sugary drinks, and alcohol increase inflammation
• get 7-8 hours of quality sleep- this lowers inflammation as well as enhances your immune system
• incorporate physical activity- besides enhancing your immune system, physical activity has numerous health benefits, aim for 150 minutes per week to maintain weight

• reduce stress-belly breath, meditate, journal, go for walks outside, laugh with friends
• wash your hands with soap and water
