Negative life experiences & Destructive reflections:

• Criticism

• Rejection

• Failure

• Defensiveness

• Stonewalling

How do you relate to a God you can’t see?

• By faith (not blind, nor irrational)

• God is spirit – engage Him in your spirit.

2. Sit down

3. Read healing verses (psalm 23)

4. Write down & declare his promises

5. Spend time with encouragers
