Dynamics was something I was already familiar with so it made sense to look here first, once we did, we never looked back.” With the new Dynamics CRM solution, Fleming has reduced the resource requirement to 0.5 of a full time head and this is simply to manage new projects. “Ultimately I’ve been able to shift the focus of my time from being reactive to proactive,” he says.
