A miracle should be shared with others. MIRACLE #3 - JAIRUS' DAUGHTER (Mark 5: 21-43) 1. Jairus approached Jesus in faith. There is a miracle in your mouth. (Proverbs 18:21) When you approach God in prayer, pray in faith. You must develop your faith, exercise your faith, and feed your faith. ABC's of faith: A = AGREE with God. (Matthew 19:26) B = BELIEVE God and His Word. (Matthew 9:29) C = CONFESS what the Word of God says. (Joshua 1:8) 2. Jesus immediately responded to Jairus' faith. God is touched by your suffering and pain, but He responds to your faith. 3. Jairus encountered delay. He didn't let the interruption shake his faith. A delay does not mean a denial. God's timing is impeccable! Oftentimes what appear to be delays are actually opportunities to see God demonstrate His power and glory. Miracles Of Jesus In The Gospels: There are 35 recorded miracles of Jesus in the Gospels. 17 miracles of healing 9 miracles over the forces of nature 6 miracles of casting out demons 3 miracles of the resurrection A miracle is a special act of almighty God. They can reveal something about His character, power, plans or purposes. They are one of the primary proofs of God's existence. Miracles in the Old Testament are considered to show that God is the one true God and in the New Testament they are to show that Jesus is the true Messiah.

SIMILAR TRAITS OF MIRACLES OF THE BIBLE:

4. ßJesus encouraged Jairus with these words: Don't be afraid! Just believe!.• Jesus didn’t even give Jairus a chance to entertain negative thoughts when he got the news of his

daughter.• All it takes is one word from God and your life can be changed forever!• One touch of the favor of God can change a person’s heart—or change your circumstances—or

bring healing to your body!5. Jairus encountered delay.

MIRACLE #4 - THE WOMAN WITH THE ISSUE OF BLOOD (Mark 5:24-34)

1. This woman had lost hope and her situation seemed impossible.2. When she heard about Jesus, hope came into her life.

• Jesus always brings hope into our lives. (Romans 15:13)• Hope is what leads to faith! (Hebrews 11:1)

3. She believed WHAT she heard about Jesus.• It’s one thing to hear the Word of God and another thing to believe it and take hold of it as your

own.• We can hear that Jesus heals, but do you believe that He will heal YOU?

4. She began to speak words of faith.• Many times we pray and ask God to heal us, but then we turn around and speak words of defeat.• Speak words of health and encouragement over your own life.• We are a product of what we have been saying ABOUT ourselves and OVER ourselves. (Proverbs

13:2-3)5. This woman acted on her faith

• We have to press through the negative words, the negative thoughts, the opposition, and anyobstacle that may be in our way! (Romans 2:11, 8:38-39, Galatians 3:28)

6. Jesus commended this woman for her faith.• Anybody can doubt and live without, but it takes a person of faith to believe and receive the

promises of God.• Jesus commends you for having faith to press through your doubts and your fears and the

negative thoughts.• God wants us to be free from our suffering and walk in His peace.• Do what YOU CAN and God will do what YOU CANNOT DO!
