Translation: May the shoot of Your servant David soon flourish, and may his horn be raised high by Your yeshua, for we wait for Your yeshua all day. Blessed are You, Adonai, who makes the horn of yeshua flourish.

Two Uses for Horns in Scripture: #1 – Shofar

Exodus 19:16,19,15[17]

On the morning of the third day, there was thunder, lightning and a thick cloud on the mountain. Then a shofar blast sounded so loudly that all the people in the camp trembled… As the sound of the shofar grew louder and louder, Moses spoke; and God answered him with a voice… All the people saw the thunder, the lightning, the sound of the shofar, and the mountain smoking. When the people saw it, they trembled, standing at a distance.

… “Fill your horn with oil, and go; I will send you to Jesse the Bethlehemite, for I have selected a king for Myself among his sons.” ... Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers; and the spirit of Adonai came mightily upon David from that day forward…
