The Enersul GX™ process is a PLC controlled system that uses size
enlargement or pearling process to grow granules. Granules are
sprayed with liquid sulphur to cause the enlargement with product
sized material ranging from 2-6mm in size.

The GX™ granulation process is a size enlargement process. Small sulphur seeds are repeatedly coated with a liquid sulphur spray and cooled. This creates a spherical granule which is entirely dry and completely free of voids.
The GX Process
Operation of GX™ granulation units is simple, resulting in high on-time factors and low annual repair and maintenance costs. Labour requirements are minimal.
Process Control
GX™granulation units are completely self-contained. The only emission is the scrubbed process air, which will meet the most stringentenvironmentalrequirements.
