[ When submitting ads, please observe the following guidelines The preferred file type is a press-quality PDF file. Advertisements can also be submitted as .tiff, .eps, .jpg or .pdf files at 300 dpi in CMYK color mode (no spot or RGB colors). Native files created in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop need to be saved to version CS6. Please submit your artwork at the intended ad size you ordered with 1/8 inch bleed trim and crop marks. Please convert all type to outlines. Include all elements used to create the document, including printer and screen fonts. Please save your file for Mac use.
[ Submitting your ad files or logoFiles up to 10MB may be sent via email to [email protected]. Files larger than 10MB can be placed on our ftp site at ftp://ftp.multilingual.com. The upload folder can be accessed by using “advertising” in the user name field and “sendAd” as the password. In your ftp client use server: multilingual.com; user name: advertising; password: sendAd. Please notify [email protected] when uploading files.
[ Production ratesAd production We can create a custom ad to your specifications. Contact us for a time estimate. $100 per hour. Graphics & copy used to create any ad — whether submitted as a .pdf or as a native file — should be vector-based or have a resolution of at least 300 pixels per inch at full reproduction size. Graphics should be converted to CMYK color mode (no spot or RGB colors used in any element of the ad).
Late ad placement There is a $250 fee to place ads that are received after the advertising materials due date listed on the calendar.
