At this moment, the immediate, existential issue o overriding importance
or society as a whole, and our United States in particular, is the growing
threat o a thermonuclear war which presently hovers, even at this present
moment, over the United States, as over the immediate targets in Eurasia.
The ailure, as in leading circles o the United States, to ace that reality, is
the state o cowardice which threatens to become the early end o us all or
this immediate uture. People who avoid the act o that reality, are posing
a grave threat to all humanity, including, personally, their own.In order to compact the essential elements o this report into aordable
space, the content o this report is, in its largest part, a descriptive presen-
tation o a roster o the identity o essential acts and, or the greater por-
tion, some o their more crucial details. The intent is to provide a needed
overview o a large and very important subject.
At the close o my national webcast o the early evening o September
30, 2011, I was presented with three successive questions bearing on cer-
tain crucial matters o science. Two o these three questions concerned the
crucial role o the notion o a principle ophysical time, as distinct rom
what is merely clock time.
The role o Time as I reerenced it on that occasion, is a positivelydetermining actor in mankinds scientic, and, thereore, also specically
physical-economic progress. This is the distinction which is to be located
in what is actually achievable by man, only through those specically
human, creative powers; these are powers which are typically expressed by
means o a well-ordered series o discoveries o physical-economic prin-
ciples.
These are principles which are to be dened, in each case, as neces-
sary violations o what have been, heretoore, the popular notions o

human sense-perception respecting what is merely the
clock time o such as Pierre-Simon Laplace.
Consequently, the only competent principle o econ-
omy, is that o what, or example, has been, until now, a
rarely encountered notion o physical time, rather than
that customary notion o a clock time located within
the bounds o a monetarists systemically mistaken
notion o economy. Thus, since the assassinations o
President John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert, the
latter then the Democratic Partys prospective Presi-
dential candidate or 1968, we have suered a persist-ing, withering trend o worsening ailures in attempts to
dene a sense o the direction o the case or a devolv-
ing U.S. physical economy.
The possibility or the resumption o an existence o
a viable orm o economy or today, depends on revers-
ing the recent nearly ty years o London and Wall
Street-directed, both moral and physical, long wave o
net decay within the trans-Atlantic world, in particular.
In the course o this present report I shall
explain the urgently needed, principled con-
siderations which I had presented on this
matter on the occasion o the past September
30.
Thus, during my reply to two indicated
questions on the subject o time, which were
raised during that event o this past Septem-
ber 30th, I had pointed toward the existence
o certain principles which I had indicated as
having a prooundly scientic importance in
and o themselves. I had pointed attention
toward those two particular questions o that
evening, only insoar as that particular occa-
sion itsel had warranted. However, those
questions, to which I had replied then, implic-
itly demanded a later consideration o certain
much more proound principles inhering in
those same subjects, as I shall treat thosedeeper matters, here, in the course o the ol-
lowing pages.
Those latter, now presently augmented
considerations, here, would require answers
to additional questions, questions or which
the included opportunities o that occasion
did not permit discussion in a relevant greater
depth at that time. The time allotted or that
occasion o September 30th, was then run-
ning out; nonetheless, I held mysel responsi-
ble to take such matters up publicly duringsome suitable, hopeully, relatively early uture time.
Now, that time has come.
Introduction:
On History & Creativity
As a result o an inherently systemic error which
is built into a widely popular reliance on the
notion o sense-certainty, people generally, in-cluding most among ostensibly well-educated
scientic and other proessionals and the like,
tend to premise their interpretation o experi-
ence according to the so-called popular opin-
ions allacious, pro-Euclidean olly o belie in a
merelya-priori sense o the alleged certainties
o what popular opinion would consider as being
merely clock-time.In the nal analysis, the sub-

ject o this report will turn out to have actually
been the subject o removing doubts respecting
the bounds o human mortality. Thus, what are
to be recognized as the worst disasters in the his-
tory o mankind, have been caused by neglect o
those available truths which the large majority
among even the privileged leaders in society, as
today, had not known, not known because they
had been pre-conditioned by the legacy o what
is known as the oligarchical principle, and had
not wished either you, or themselves, to know.
What would probably appear soon, even among
most o the current roster o those who are more or less
qualied as scientists, will be what I shall detail, in this
report, as a development in world economy whose
causes lie outside the domain o todays prevalent, but(as I shall demonstrate here), also a mistaken reliance
upon what are currently still conventional, but rela-
tively naive notions respecting some most crucial as-
pects o science as such. It is a problem, as I shall em-
phasize here, which inheres in a still widely spread,
blind aith in sense-perception.
Neither complexity, nor simplicity, is necessarily a
correlative o truthulness; nor are todays types o aca-
demic and related commonplaces to be taken or
granted as measures o wisdom. Nonetheless, what I
deliver to your attention in this report, involves concep-tions which, or many, will seem to be the most chal-
lenging subject-matters to be taken into account in re-
considering the subject-matters o the series o reports
presented as a unied package here. They will be in-
tended to supersede the incompletenesses o much o
that which I had already presented here earlier, in my
step-by-step approach to these subject matters over the
larger part o this present year to date.
It has been, and remains my intention here, to pro-
ceed by such steps, proceeding, as much as seems to be
easible, by progressive steps, steps which range romthe relatively less challenging, into the deeper, and, still
more challenging notions which mankind needs ur-
gently at this present time, in a time o a presently most
proound, most complex, and also most menacing,
modern crisis or humanity as a whole, until now.
I do this with a no less than compassionate under-
standing o the unavoidable diculties with which I
shall be conronting the reader, step by step, in the
course o this report. What I do, will have been done out
o a regard or the great practical necessity that this step
occur now: it is to be done with particular emphasis on
the increasingly ominous challenges now beore this
planet, including the immediate, British-led imperial
threat o a potential general thermonuclear war, a threat
which has now come to conront and consume us, per-
haps immediately, rom inside our United States and
beyond, since the close o August 2007.
Such has been the case, since the recent arrival o a
new, more critical phase in the already ongoing break-
down o the trans-Atlantic sector o the worlds econ-
omy, most notably a present phase which had been
transormed rom a preceding, hyper-infationary
breakdown-crisis o the trans-Atlantic system. This has
been a crisis which dates rom the inauguration o ve,
hyper-infationary months o what has already become
actually an initial phase o an hyper-infationary spiralwhich had been set into motion during late 2008, and as
the same olly has been continually worsened through
the present instance o an actual, essentially trans-
Atlantic breakdown-process. It is a breakdown whose
present center o gravity continues to be centered,
presently, in the so-called Euro system o a post-
Westphalian, virtually stateless system o governance
on the continent o western and central Europe.
These new phases in the development o that pro-
cess o rushing toward a breakdown crisis, as it is being
experienced in the United States, in particular, had beenset into motion through the actions taken in the U.S.
Congress to prevent the institution o my proposal or a
Homeowners and Bank Protection Act o 2007. The
result o that latter Congressional action, had been ex-
pressed by the ormal launching o the Anglo-Ameri-
can-led mass-insanity o the bail-out unleashed in the
closing months o 2008. Consider the entirety o the
trans-Atlantic region o the same orm as the articially
induced 1923 Weimar Germany hyperinfation, but,
now, this time, it signals the unleashing o a general
monetary, infationary breakdown-crisis on a virtuallyglobal scale.
Thus, the greatest part o the worlds trans-Atlantic
economy, is now to be seen in what had become its re-
cently, awully distorted orm assumed by a culture
which seems to have almost reached the brink o having
ceased to exist: it moves like a dead man stumbling in a
lantern-lit darkness, bearing a shovel with which to
bury himsel, as he, presently, stumbles orward, in the

There are possible
remedies or this condi-
tion which we are expe-riencing in this process;
but, the remedies will not exist,
unless a set o those remedies is
based on a return to a system o sov-
ereign nation-states, as might be ad-
opted by a relevant bloc o respec-
tively sovereign, cooperating
nations, each and all employing, and
enjoying a commitment to xed-ex-
change-rate-based, physical-econ-
omy-based credit-systems amongthem. Those corrections must now
be employed, as i immediately, to
replace the presently unsalvageable,
world monetary system, which were
better identied as what may be
properly dened, interchangeably,
as oligarchical, or monetarist
systems.
The deep, primary causes or this
crisis, have been radiated rom, and
are lodged, virtually entirely, within the same, London-centered, trans-Atlantic, monetarist set o Wall Street/
London, merchant-banking swindles, swindles which
had, in earlier times, brought Adol Hitler to power in
Germany. These are the same types o swindles which
had, presently, produced a not dissimilar, but ar worse
orm o what is a presently, immediately threatened
combination o a global, trans-Atlantic, total nancial
breakdown, and also the imminently thermonuclear-
warare condi-
tions presently
being crated
and launched
under implicitly
genocidal popu-
lation-reducing directions rom Buckingham Palacetoday.
Thus, the present combination o a trans-Atlantic
monetary crisis, and the immediacy o the pending
launch o a global thermonuclear war which the British
empire intends to eect through its control over a men-
tally impaired, virtual new Emperor Nero, Barack
Obama, now presents us all with a presently immediate,
unprecedented quality o crisis or all humanity: a pres-

ently threatened, real-lie version
o an H.G. Wellsian Things-To-
Come variety o thermonuclear,
virtual extinction-crisis or man-
kind.
Indeed, so ar, since the clear-
cut act o the pre-calculated
murder o what had been an alreadycaptive, Libyan President Muam-
mar Qadda, the world has been
virtually hanging, rom week to
week, on the threat o the launch o
what would become, quickly, a
thermonuclear war extended to a
global scale, extended so by using
threatened attacks on Iran and Syria
as the chosen detonators employed
to create the giant explosion, to
bring on active hostilities to thepoint o the actual launch o a pres-
ently intended, thermonuclear
attack against no less than Russia
and China. Hence, what is currently
implied, is nothing less than ther-
monuclear warare with world-
wide consequences.
Only the immediate ouster, or a just cause, o an
insane President Barack Obama, as eected under the
provisions o Section 4 o the Twenty-Fith Amend-
ment to the U.S. Federal Constitution, would suce torender the outbreak o thermonuclear war almost im-
possible to be pulled o eectively. Without U.S. action
to that comparable, related eect, the clearly intended,
British orchestration o an intended thermonuclear
attack on Russia, China, and also others, would be a
considerable, near-term undertaking. It were no mere
coincidence that this threatened, most terrible o world
wars, should coincide with a British monarchical,
avowedly green intention, to reduce the worlds pop-
ulation, rapidly, and also suddenly, rom seven billions
to no more than one billion persons on this planet. As long as the Nero-like, British royal tool, Barack
Obama, were to remain President in act in the United
States, the greatest holocaust known to mankind pres-
ently, were almost certain. Without the complicity o
the U.S. government held under the virtual thumb o an
Obama Presidency, the London-centered launching o
that threatened thermonuclear war, were not a likely
prospect or a strategically credible undertaking by any
set o other powers.
Presently, the causes or
Obamas immediate removal rom
oce are already massive and
clear. Two options, appropriately
adopted as concerted eects, pres-
ently exist. Under Section Four o
the Twenty-Fith Amendment to
the U.S. Federal Constitution,
Obama is ripe to be considered or
removal on grounds o mental dis-
qualications. He has committed
repeated violations o his oath o
oce, violations which warrant
summary removal rom oce. In
addition to that, his mental and
moral disabilities not only warrant,
but require his prompt suspension
and probable removal rom oce.Otherwise, the probable outcome
would actually be, or most o us,
the terribly inevitable.
The Issue o the New WarSo-called world wars, are, by
their special nature, oligarchical
wars, as we might consider the Peloponnesian War or
its own time as an example. Such wars are those which
are ought, as imperial wars, to the intended conclusion
o the crushing o one, or both the principal parties tothe verge o a mass extinction. Thermonuclear wars are
wars which would now proceed, by their oligarchical
natures, up to or beyond extinctions, as all British wars
against relatively great powers since Paolo Sarpis in-
tended Thirty Years War, and the later British model
o a Seven Years War have done, inevitably, since the
original model o a British empire was brought to its
successul conclusion with that Peace o Paris which
established the British East India Company o Lord
Shelburne as an empire in act.
As Frederick the Great had come to recognizemuch later than he would have liked in retrospect, that
Seven Years War has been the actual, prototypical
model or the recurring practice used or each and all
British imperial strategy rom the time since the wars
launched by the New Venetian party o Paolo Sarpis
ollowers, a Sarpian model o cases including the pre-
Westphalian Thirty Years War, and including the in-
tended, British-created, imperial, post-Westphalian,
Barack Obamas Presidency poses thethreat o a real-lie version o Things toCome, the 1936 lm written by H.G.Wells, with a global war that results in thevirtual extinction o mankind.

anti-Westphalian conspiracies o the British empire still
today. The Frederick who had thought he had ought the
right war or the right purpose, lived to discover, and to
regret, the act that what he had actually won, was the
creation o the original British empires power over
continental Europe, that, in act, to the present day!
In the case o the current British Empire, which was
established in act by the February 1763 Peace o Paris, all British imperial warare has been premised on the
essential principle o a design modeled on the Anglo-
Dutch (i.e., New Venetian party) model o the Seven
Years War which Britains Lord Shelburne had won, to
lure a Germany whose Kaiser had loved his own British
imperial cousins all too well, in the case o that so-
called World War I, to bring Germany into joining
and losing a First World War or which the British
empire should have been the party closed down or
much-needed parental corrections.1
In act, the present British imperial policy whichLondon has already imposed upon continental western
and central Europe, has been identied, with utter
shamelessness, as a post-Westphalian system, a
system which is intrinsically a colonial branch o what
is known presently as a system o stateless gover-
nance, a system o governance which Britain has
imposed upon those continental European, ormerly
sovereign nation-states, now being degraded, at least
or this moment, to the governanced status o captive
British puppets.
In the meantime, relevant infuential, institutionalorces within the U.S.A. have, ortunately, recently in-
duced a temporary delay o President Obamas eorts
to bring o a new world war according to a thermonu-
clear orm o the Thirty-Years-War model depicted by
Friedrich Schillers Wallenstein Trilogy. Neverthe-
less, despite any urther delay, the strategic situation
around this planet remains more than merely critical.
Only by a reusal by the U.S.A. to permit British
puppet Barack Obama to continue to proceed reely
with the kind o operations set into motion by the pres-
ent-day replay o the old Sykes-Picot operation used toset o World War I o the British East India Companys
Fabian agent Alexander Helphands Permanent War,
Permanent Revolution, could some o us have pro-
vided the means by aid o which a certain group o na-
tions has so ar blocked the presently intended, British/

lessons to be adduced rom the so-called Franco-Prussian War.
Obama series o actions leading quickly into general
warare. It will, or would be a kind o warare which
had been intended to be launched as soon as the British-
led war-making party were certain that Muammar Qad-
da were securely and suddenly dead. The delay in car-
rying out such British-led action against civilization,
were, or the present moment, just that, merely delay.
Saner, hopeully temporarily minority orces, withinthe United States and Israel, respectively, have played a
key role in delaying, thus ar, the detonation o what
could quickly become assuredly thermonuclear war-
are. The combined roles o both Russias President and
Prime Minister, have been that o crucially important
participants in the attempted blocking o the launching
o what could become, virtually automatically, the
worlds rst, and perhaps nal, thermonuclear war, a
war-policy modeled on the late, proessedly paci-
cist Bertrand Russells 1946 declaration o his loudly
asserted intention to set o a preventive nuclear wardestruction o the Soviet Union.
In any case, the present monetarists hyper-infa-
tionary crisis, now spread throughout the trans-Atlantic
region, has already more than exceeded the limits or
sustaining the continuation o the present, trans-Atlan-
tic bail-out program. The Euro system is now past
the point o ripeness or threatened disintegration; a
return to a system o European continental, systemi-
cally sovereign nation-states, is now urgent and exis-
tentially so.
The key or understanding this situation is to beound in the urgently needed reorms in the worlds
present economic-nancial situation, especially the
threat o a breakdown-crisis originating as centered in
the British imperial system. I explain the crucial point
on that account, as ollows.
How Britain Ruined the United StatesThere are many actors and stages mixed into what
is to be recognized as included in the process leading
out rom that London-steered assassination o U.S.
President John F. Kennedy, which made possible theruinous, 1964 launching o the intentioned ruin o the
U.S.A. through a practically decade-long war in Indo-
China. That war has shown itsel to have been a prece-
dent which, in turn, has led the U.S.A., and thereore
the trans-Atlantic region generally, into what has
become that general, monetarists breakdown-crisis
which entered its intended concluding phase with the
repeal o President Franklin Roosevelts 1933 Glass-

Steagall Law, the same law on which the U.S.A.s cru-
cial role in the deeat o Adol Hitler, or example, had
depended.
It was the intrinsically hyper-infationary measures
leading up to the recent decades repeal o the Glass-
Steagall Law, which had provided the way or those vir-
tually treasonous measures under the rabidly anglo-
phile successors o one-time Adol Hitler backer
Prescott Bush whose amily tradition was to be ex-pressed, through the George H.W. Bush and childish
prankster George W. Bush, Jr. (the stand-in comic role
or what was actually the Dick Cheney Administra-
tion), which cleared the way or the beginning o that
trans-Atlantic monetarists break-down crisis on stage,
which has presently reached the present condition o a
general monetary breakdown crisis o the trans-Atlan-
tic banking systems under Londons puppet-President,
the Barack Obama Administration.
I have had a special kind o crucial personal, patri-
otic role o opposition during that more recent phase othat Bush-league process o nastinesses and pseudo-
patriotism, in my uttering my July-August 2007 drat
or a Homeowners and Bank Protection Act. That Act,
had it not been blocked, would have prevented the all
into the British trap set by Lord Rothschilds interna-
tional banking practices, the trap which was to become
known as that bail-out process which has led into a
breakdown which has reached its virtually terminal
stage or the trans-Atlantic nancial
system, a point o virtual breakdown
which was being reached, during the
most recent weeks, when the so-called
Euro system had entered a state o
worse than mere preparation o its own
early disintegration.
This trans-Atlantic breakdown-pro-
cess, had been the special circumstances
arranged through the role o a raud by
the British empires launching, through
the agency o Britains lying Prime Min-
ister Tony Blair, o a new Iraq War
pushed by the British imperial interests
under silly President George W. Bush,
Jr. This pattern was continued and then
greatly aggravated under what has been
in act a singularly unpatriotic, actually
British Royal agent, the PresidentBarack Obama, whose personal mental
characteristics have been shown, most
abundantly, to be those o a virtual duplicate o a new
Emperor Nero.
So, in such a manner, a virtual psychopathological
replica o the worst o Emperor Nero, the U.S. Presi-
dent Barack Obama who is both a puppet-President,
and a nasty-puppet-on-strings o the British monarchy,
has brought the world to the brink o a plunge into ther-
monuclear warare, by aid o a Libya adventure which
had prompted the hastened murder, with Obamas clearbacking, o an already captured President Muammar
Qadda o Libya. A murder o a Muammar Qadda al-
ready taken captive, murdered or the political conve-
nience o a guilty, and probably treasonous (were he not
already insane) U.S. President Barack Obama.
The intended murder o President Qadda had been
scheduled to clear the way or launching those attacks
on Syria and Iran, which were, in turn, intended to be
the reactivated spirit o Sykes-Picot detonators or,
rst, an incident plotted against Syria and Iran, which
was intended, in turn, then to serve as the pretext ordetonating thermonuclear attacks against targets in-
cluding Russia, China and other selected Eurasian tar-
gets o British imperial-directed general thermonuclear
warare, and or unlimited murderous measures to be
taken against U.S. nationals which a Nero-duplicate
Obama and his cronies might happen to dislike.
Fortunately, so ar, the proverbial saner leading ele-
ments in the U.S. military, Israel, and Russia, most no-
London steered the United States into the war in Indo-China, which led to thesocial and economic breakdown that we still suer rom today. Here, a napalmstrike erupts in a reball near U.S. troops in South Vietnam, 1966.

tably, have acted to delay what
had been the intended, reckless
and capital thermonuclear as-
saults on Russia and China, but
that or who, presently, knows
how much longer.
A British empire, exerting its
Obama-puppet control over theUnited States, could not tolerate
a relatively prospering set o
Asian nations not being de-
stroyed, under the conditions, at
the same time, that the trans-At-
lantic region was being plunged
by British-led interests into its
presently on-rushing, and almost
terminal stage o breakdown-cri-
sis. The only means by which
that awkward intention could beaccomplished, would be thermo-
nuclear attacks on Russia and China, among other re-
gions o a Eurasian set o nations.
In the meantime, the ongoing trans-Atlantic hyper-
infation has reached beyond limits o control. The crit-
ical point was reached with the death o President Qad-
da, and now with the monetarist system o, most
apparently, western and central Europe, collapsing out
o control under the crumbling o the post-Westpha-
lian design intended or a system o captive European-
continental puppets, all o them operating under thepresently turned-questionable prospect or British
Euro control over the post-nation-state system, called
governance, o a system o British colonies over the
region o continental Europe and beyond.
My Economic ReormsAs I have pointed out above, this new phase o the
process o a breakdown, had been set actively into
motion through the actions taken in the U.S. Congress
to prevent the institution o my proposal or a Home-
owners and Bank Protection Act o 2007. The result othis intervention rom the U.S. Congress, was expressed
by the ormal launching o the Anglo-American-led
mass-insanity o a process o bail out which was un-
leashed during the closing months o 2008, and contin-
ued with utterly boundless mass-insanity, by members
o the U.S. Congress, among many others, up to the
present date. The entirety o the trans-Atlantic nan-
cial-monetary system, is now gripped by a general,
monetarists breakdown o the trans-Atlantic region,
through the same kind o ormulations as were used to
launch the articially induced 1923 Germany hyperin-
fation, but, this time, the unleashing o a general mon-
etary breakdown-crisis on a virtually semi-global scale,
or perhaps, global scale.
To begin that unavoidably turbulent journey on
which the evidence o this present report and its inher-
ent passions have taken us this ar into the pits o Hell,
I orewarn the readers that the remedies or that crisislie, in act, under the subject-heading o the potential o
that specic expression o the human species potential
immortality, which is intimated as that same implied
question o immortality which challenges the reader o
the Apostle Pauls First Corinthians 13.
The crucial relevance o that latter subject-matter,
as identied here, is, that, under todays conditions,
when the susceptibility to believe is concentrated in the
sucking quicksands o sense-certainty, the prevalent
orms o belie tend to assume the orm o what is, in
act, a certain, systemically vicious error. This is a kindo error o oversight, the like o which, in certain past
periods o history, has oten had horrid portents or
mankind generally, but even many such past miseries
must seem relatively mild, when compared to the mon-
strously greater horror o those thermonuclear bom-
bardments immediately threatening civilization in this
prooundly troubled present time.
Exactly that threatening state o aairs, is now man-
Government of the Russian Federation

kinds immediate, political-economic situation, at a
time when we are presently conronted by the immedi-
ate threat o more or less global, thermonuclear extinc-
tions, as that has been set into its present motion, by
what appears to be the hand o the British Empires
oolish, and habitually enraged, Emperor Nero-like,
U.S. puppet-President Barack Obama, today. It must be
said, o these matters, that humanity has a ar greaterimportance, and consequent obligations in our locality
in the universe, than most among our citizens have yet
even begun to know.
These are, thus, times, in which certain well-dened
types o undamental changes must be introduced to the
economic practices o our present nations, including
our own U.S.A. most emphatically. Our presently con-
tinuing investigation, both as to how we came here, and
where we must go, impels our attention deep into the
relevant elements o past, present, and uture history,
including those o present and uture physical science. Some measures are immediately obvious; but we have,
apparently, still ar to go, i we are to bring on truly du-
rable cures.
Chapter I: The Actual Human
Mind
The most urgent o the categories o subject-matters
which this report requires o me, pertain to certain pro-
oundly misleading categories o intention which mightappear to have been built into the designs o human
sense-perceptions.
The rst o these mischances which I shall address
in the beginning o this rst chapter, is the category o
what is airly identied as clock time, as that is typi-
ed by the argument o Pierre-Simon Laplace.2
The resulting, second error, alls, in eect, into the
category o the role o the customarily troubled ontolo-
gies in the misapprehensions respecting the nature, and
the use o language.
The problematic eature o each o those guiltyunctional categories locatable within the ranges o
sense-perception, is centered in a ailure built into a
troubled physical unction associated with the cus-
2. There are two Pierre-Simon Laplaces to be considered here. One is
Laplace as a physicist; the other is a mathematician pretending to be a
physicist, as in the tradition o Euclid, the mere descriptions o orm
pretending to be substance, which is what we are considering here.
tomary notion o time adopted by such charlatans or
that occasion as amazingly perverse Pierre-Simon
Laplace.
The rst error is expressed by the allacies associ-
ated with the particular unctions o what are customar-
ily identied as the human sense-perceptions. The
second is the notion o the related notions o organiza-
tion associated with the allacies which are inherent inthe mistaken notion o the organization o what is con-
sidered, customarily, as space-time as such.
The crucial matter o distinctions, is that o the qual-
iying distinction o physical space-time rom what is
no more than physical time.3 For example: a higher rate
o action is equivalent to an arrival in a dierent place
in the generality o physical space-time. We require, or
example, the dumping o the ontological category o
space, and redening o the notion o time, as this
is already implicit in the work o Max Planck, Albert
Einstein, and relevant others.Reerence the notion oa rate o physical energy-
fux density as an address o ones state o existence, as
alert scientists sensed it necessary to introduce distinc-
tions o such likenesses since the implications o the
distinctions o a state o nuclear-ssion relative to the
respective chemical, thermonuclear usion, and mat-
ter-anti-matter states, as a comparable approach is
suggested in the implications o the concluding sec-
tion o Bernhard Riemanns 1854 habilitation disser-
tation. The matter to be compared, in the case o evo-
lution among living species and classes o species, isthe dierence between dierent rates o activity, di-
ering species, and o states among other categories o
both living, and not-living processes, plus V.I. Ver-
nadskys crucial denition o a nosphere. Compare
such cases with dierent species o energy-fux den-
sity among qualitatively diering qualities o energy-
fux-density unctions in categories o social-eco-
nomic processes o varying degree in respect to their
qualitative development. Think o variability within
3. The inclusion o the term space in respect to the common use o theterm space-time by me here, is merely nominal. Space as such, does
not exist. It appears as a result o the ailure to comprehend the physical
implications o time. The actual origin o much o the problems o sim-
ilar types, is to be blamed on the observers ailure to recognize the
errors o presumption inherent in a literal belie in the measuring o
the experience o sense-perception as such. That point is prominent
among the crucial ontological issues o distinction o the ailings in-
herent in the subjective nature o sense-perception as such, when the
act to which the sense-perception is reerred in reality, is not taken into
account.

the bounds o distinguishing categories o develop-
ment, rather than a mere dierence in degree o de-
velopment.
Human economy, or example, involves the notion
o leaps rom one state o development to another, as
a distinction rom a change within the denition o the
bounds o variation o a specic quality o a common
state o development. Development rom one categoryto a higher species o category o development, has the
implied eect o a species-jump. The role o qualita-
tively dened states induced by the use o qualitative
steps in scientic progress on Earth, or in constantly
accelerated, decelerated voyages, points in the same
general directions. This is a pattern which is common-
place in actual economies.
In terms o economy, as that subject was touched
upon in the September 30th treatment o the subject o
physical-economic progress, this was located by me
then and there below the level o a species-jump; theleap rom one species-level to another, is a qualita-
tive leap o ontological implications, rather than a
degree o a xed quality o change. Mans experience
with the travel to as modest a choice o destination as
that located in accelerated-decelerated travel over in-
tervals such as to and rom Mars, would leave a strong
suggestion o such classes o experience to those who
comprehend even the presently ormally reported e-
ects o such movements.
Those general qualities o categories, when each is
treated as a single subject, serve us as a key to under-standing, and correcting the habitual notions o the e-
ects o the unctional distinction o perception rom
the object being experienced as the eect o sense-per-
ception on the mental-sensory unctions.
On History & CreativityIn my Introduction to this present report, which I
had named On History and Creativity, I had empha-
sized, summarily, the need to ree the human mind rom
so-called popular opinions pro-Euclidean olly o
belie, a notion o belies based on a merely a-priorisense o the alleged certainties o what the intrinsic
errors o popular opinion would adopt as being merely
clock-time.
As I had set orth the basis or the ollowing re-
marks, as I had done in the course o developing this
present report up to the point o opening this present
chapter, the olly o the popular opinion on which La-
place had premised his celebrated, but oolish doctrine
respecting time, is both his reusal to recognize the real-
ity o a principle o physical time, and his silly enthu-
siasm or his own avowed anity to the outright hoax
o both The Second Law o Thermodynamics and o
Euclidean innity. By pointing out these exemplary
problems, I have intended to emphasize their relevance
to the challenge o dening the access to the proo, that
the sequence o events o worldwide importance, must
take into account the eciency ophysical time, rather
than what is, comparatively, the eectively silly Eu-
clidean-like notion o clock time.
That was, in brie, the ostensibly hidden implica-
tion o my replies to two o the questions posed to me
during the closing portion o the national webcast o
this recent September 30. I now carry those subject-
matters to the undamentals which lurked behind myanswers to two o the three questions posed to me on
that earlier occasion.
By physical time, I have signied a measure o the
notional rate oeciently physical creativity in deter-
mining the relativity o a physical outcome measured in
terms o change o rate o physical eect during an ex-
perience o a passage o what we regard, mistakenly, as
merely clock time. This distinction, which I rst ad-
opted as a ormal notion o physical-economic time,
was then employed by me as expressing the character-
istic o the conception othe relative rate onet physi-cal-economic progress o an economy treated as a pro-
cess o qualitative development o physical economy
over a lapse o apparent time. I have called this physi-
cal time, as to be strictly distinguished, rom here,
onward, rom being merely clock time.
My argument here has a signicant basis in actual
history, a history which, in the relatively short term,
now begins, step by step, as ollows.
By physical time, I have signifed ameasure o the notional rate oefciently physical creativity indetermining the relativity o a physicaloutcome measured in terms o changeo rate o physical eect during anexperience o a passage o what weregard, mistakenly, as merely clock
time.

My Original Economic ForecastIn light o the act, that I have rejected statistical
orecasting methods as being intrinsically incompetent
substitutes or any truly competent scientic under-
standing in and o themselves, it should be clear that I
have no great anity to the statistical methods which
remain prevalent practice in what is oolishly misla-
beled as being economic orecasting. Yet, in act, Ihave the absolutely best o the known records in major
cases o strategic qualities o economic orecasting or
the U.S. economy at any time since my rst public, pro-
essional orecast laid down in late Summer 1956. The
dierence is, that what I practice is an excellent sort o
relevant science: as many embittered veterans o the
August 1971 crash remembered with pain since their
rather uncertain steps to intend to return to their busi-
ness or relevant academic quarters throughout the re-
mainder o that year, and rather ar beyond.
That just-stated act has the most proound implica-tions or every leading nation o the world at this pres-
ent moment o impending thermonuclear warare. To
explain the principles involved in such orecasting, I
shall present a paragraphs worth o explanation o this
apparent paradox here, in advance, and then proceed to
what readers might consider as a hard synopsis o my
rst eminently successul venture o that sort, in a cru-
cial orecast o what virtually broke out as a sudden,
deep, and somewhat prolonged, rst post-World War II
U.S. recession (actually a depression), which broke out
into the open at the close o February 1957.Customary orecasting, as adopted or most leading
economists and their markets, creates the actual causes
or their customary ailures in that proession, as a con-
sequence o the act that the customary, but usually
ailed method or orecasting, still today, is statistical:
depending upon orecasting what might seem to be the
pathways o the uture, by ollowing the ootprints let
by the past. That means, that such orecasting begins
with the inherent incompetence o proceeding rom cal-
culating what is expected to happen, based on statistics
rom the past, rather than approaching the matter roma truly orseeable basis in the intellectual reshness o
the actual uture.
About the past, there is little one might be able to
accomplish. Seeking the uture in the relics o the past,
is or dupes and kindred sorts o intellectual ailures.
Admittedly, o course, I, too, use evidence rom the
past in my own successul orecasting. The dierence
is, that most others read the ootprints o the uture
while dreaming o a uture copied rom the past; I relied
on the evidence o the direction o, not the ootprints o
where the man has walked, but the combination o both
o those ootprints where the man has walked, and
whither the eect o that intention is leading him in
what he imagines he is walking toward, oten without
his knowledge o his actual choice o direction; it is the
mere dream o the past itsel which oten prevails in
shaping his judgment. Many people, or example,
dream o being rich, or the like. They desire to be rich,
or powerul, or something in the direction o either, or
both. I put my trust in doing that which will be bene-
cial or society, relying on the durable advantage ound
in what I gained as my own oreknowledge, as, or ex-
ample, my adopted emphasis on coming to gain a reli-
able insight into both the wrongness o Euclid and, the
contrary, wonderul and important implications o Ber-
nhard Riemanns habilitation dissertation, which
became the cornerstone o my memorable achieve-ments as an economist in the practice o orecasting.
My exceptional success in my aorestated orecast,
in late Summer o 1956, o the major so-called reces-
sionactually a depression,which erupted exactly as I
had orecast,at the close o February 1957, is an ex-
cellent case in point.
My presently long-standing proession as a physical
economist has been situated within the domain o phys-
ical economy, as distinct rom the silliness o the use o
the inherently mistaken methods o nancial account-
ing, especially when they have been used as a monetar-ists countereit as a substitute or a competent approach
to the uture o a real economy. The uniqueness o my
successes in economic orecasting, as compared over
the span since Summer 1956, with a record o the rela-
tively consistent ailures o leading orecasters, and
leading governments, otherwise, has had absolutely
nothing accidental in it. That point is made most clearly,
when the emphasis is placed on physical-economic
considerations, as I have done, rather than a typical
monetarists statistical-accounting practices, the latter a
practice whose application is, commonly, either basedupon, or even claimed to have been based upon statisti-
cal-nancial and related methods. My earliest and com-
pletely successul, rst general orecast made or the
U.S.A. economy, during the interval 1956-57, and
beyond, adequately states the essentials o the case.
As I have just stated, my rst national-economic
orecast or the United States, was developed during the
Summer o 1956, where it emerged in the orm o my

orecast or an unusually steep and proound U.S. re-
cession, more appropriately identied as virtually a
depression, which was located during the February-
March passage o 1957 and its downstream atermath.
That recession had, then, actually happened in the late
February-early March location o 1957, exactly in re-
spect to the timing, characteristics, and evident causes,
which I had orecast.
The studies which led into the orecast which I hadmade, or late-February/early-March 1957, during
August 1956, were premised, in respect to variables,
primarily, on my studies or the U.S. automobile pro-
duction and related marketing processes during the
1954-1956 interval. I had used the cases o other major
elements o mass-marketing o hard goods sold on ac-
count o loans, or comparison with the evidence o
marketing o sales o new and used automobiles on
multi-year credit.
Later, ater the disaster in the in-
dustry had happened, automobile
manuacturers moved in the direc-
tion o adopting the changes in
types o accounting systems
not ar distinct rom the cardi-
nal points o reorms which I
had stressed most emphati-
cally during the course o
1954-57, but they then went
on to make new crucial mis-
takes, instead.
The study on which my
orecast had depended, had been
prompted by a coincidence be-
tween a study, launched by me in
1953, and based on the opening
paragraphs and more extendedclosing sections o Bernhard Rie-
manns 1854 habilitation disserta-
tion, and a study by me which had
been provoked, earlier, by the
prompting o perturbations shown
or the steel industry which had to
be noted as a matter o policy
during that earlier time as a decline
which I had then attributed to the
eect o a clearly maniest set o
destructive, anti-Franklin Roos-evelt policies which expressed the
legacy o the pro-British trends in
economic policy practiced under the Harry S Truman
Administration.
The marketing and credit policies under the Truman
Administration and its atermath had quickly become,
early on, an obvious source o what were, in large
degree, an intentional set o oten intentionally chosen,
but looming economic and social disasters: all done to
the clearly intended eect o a British intention to
weaken a U.S. economy whose strengths were deemeda threat o Franklin Roosevelts superior intellectual
and moral advantages relative to the inherent deca-
dence o the British imperial system. The pathological
developments, since the inauguration o President
Harry S Truman, in the trend o U.S. policy governing
public and private credit in the marketing o the com-
bination o new and used automobiles during that
time, had already been indicative consequences o
Riemanns Crucial Insight
From Bernhard Riemanns habilitation disserta-
tion, On the Hypotheses Which Lie at the Foun-
dations o Geometry, translated by Henry S.
White, in David Eugene Smith, ed., A Source
Book in Mathematics (New York: Dover Pub-
lications, 1959):
It is well known that geometry presupposes not
only the concept o space but also the rst un-
damental notions or constructions in space as
given in advance. It gives only nominal denitions
or them, while the essential means o determining
them appear in the orm o axioms. The relation o these
presuppositions is let in the dark; one sees neither whether and in how
ar their connection is necessary, nor a priori whether it is possible. From Euclid to Legendre, to name the most renowned o modern
writers on geometry, this darkness has been lited neither by the mathe-
maticians nor by the philosophers who have labored upon it. The reason
o this lay perhaps in the act that the general concept o multiply ex-
tended magnitudes, in which spatial magnitudes are comprehended, has
not been elaborated at all. Accordingly I have proposed to mysel at rst
the problem o constructing the concept o a multiply extended magni-
tude out o general notions o quantity. . . .
[In conclusion:] This path leads out into the domain o another sci-
ence, into the realm o physics, into which the nature o this present
occasion orbids us to penetrate.

the pro-Churchill, pro-Wall Street, Truman

Senator, Harry S Truman had entered the Vice-

ident Franklin D. Roosevelt, who witting patriots zeal-
ously hoped would outlive the completion o his ourth

thereater, and the worst that could be expected to
happen, happened: Winston Churchill owned whatever
passed or Harry Trumans political soul, and that was
evident to the man who had been the head o the war-
time OSS, Donovan, the same who had let the visit tothe Presidents Oce, shortly beore President Roos-

That collapse had three outstanding
causes. First, the 1957 crash whose em-
bittering eects lingered on in that state,
until a time within the early days o the
Presidency o John F. Kennedy, when an

rarily under way. Second, the immediate,

tion o Senator Robert Kennedy, which
brought ormer Vice-President Richard M.
Nixon into the Presidency, setting
the pattern or the downturns which
ollowed, into the abysmal Obama
Presidency which has ollowed
since. Even a President o promise
could do no better than resist the
continuation o the pattern o de-
clines which ollowed the assassi-nations o the two Kennedys. The
deeat o the SDI and the atal aair
o the olly o the ideological mis-

signaled the character o the trend which had remained
in charge o the ate o the Presidency, since the combi-
nation o the eects o the assassination o the two Ken-
nedys, as the death o President Franklin Roosevelt had
already destroyed so much o what he had launched or
intended earlier.Meanwhile, under the conditions o the middle to
late 1950s, the quality o the perormance o the auto-
mobile industrys quality-control practices plum-
meted, while the speculative orgies in the marketing o
new and used automotive vehicles, and in related pro-
duction and marketing practices, progressed, and con-
tinued so, despite the progress o the space program,
and in the reorms o the John F. Kennedy Administra-
tion, reorms which had had the eect o having been
introduced to reverse regrettable developments in
the heritage o the Harry Truman Administration, onward, despite the act that the longer-term ten-
dency toward cultural decadence since the death o
Franklin Roosevelt, was still under way in develop-
ments proceeding rom the category o a doubtul, to a
virtually lunatic practice o a system o nancial man-
agement which had been accelerated into the relative
stratosphere o the marketing o automobiles (new
and used alike).
However, despite all that, the ailures in the U.S.
economy o the 1950s, such as that o the 1957 crash,
had coincided with the arrival o the contrary trend o
an economic stimulus in the United States which
erupted rom within the Eisenhower Administration, a
benecial economic stimulation introduced as the eco-nomic ater-shock which came as a stimulating by-
product o the Soviet launching o the challenging ap-
pearance o Sputnik. It was that latter shit which
prompted the late 1950s surge associated with the coor-
dinated, international roles o President Dwight Eisen-
hower, President Charles de Gaulle, and the Chancellor

with the post-Kennedy Indo-China war, which set into

not exist, and, in act, never did.
There is little that is more oolish, and also a more
likely cause o a persons willul sel-destruction, than
blind aith in the apparently obvious popular belies
and practices, in which the credulous have been in-
duced to believe.
The root o the illusion (or, delusion) in popular
views on the subject-areas to which I have just reerred, must be recognized as requently located explicitly in
the a-priorism o an Aristotelean-Euclidean delusion,
the delusion which is the expression o an implicitly a-
priori set o notions o space, time, and matter, as this
point-in-act is illustrated by my unique success, then,
in orecasting the deep recession which broke out in
February-March 1957.
Speaking pedagogically, as I have already empha-
sized in this report, the notion o an a-priori existence
o space as such does not exist. An apparently similar,
not unrelated allacy o presumptions, is conronted inthe assumed case o time as in and o itsel. Physical
time exists in a certain manner o speaking; but, that
must be what could be airly regarded as a physically
ecient expression o action measured against both
lapse o time and the changes in energy-fux density
o that action taken in time. The notion o clock time
as dened according to such gures as Laplace, should
have been dumped, on precisely these premises.
Once the elements o a-prioristic presumptions
have been placed to one side, the variable density o
action and the eect o the changing rate o density oaction on the notion o time, have eliminated the rea-
sonable standing or any remnants o the worse than
worthless Laplaces a-prioristic presumptions respect-
ing the notion o physical action as compared with
simple time. What I have employed with more or less
consistency over the recent sixty years, has been a
notion o physical time as a unied notion o a principle
o action. One may oten wonder, which were the more
destructive, that which people do not know, or what
certied authorities in nominal expertise, oten induce
the earully weak or simply credulous to believe. While such considerations as those which I have
just indicated, are denable in terms o relatively uni-
versal physical time, the ull impact o the signicance
o those words is essentially specic to human behav-
ior. The specic quality to be considered on this ac-
count, is the need o a notic principles role as a prin-
ciple o action specic to human behavior. We should
have learned rom returning attention implicitly to the
subject o the ormer auto industry o the 1950s, on this
account.
The Subject o Energy-Flux DensityAmong all presently known living species, only the
human mind is qualied or expressing actually notic
(Vernadskyan) characteristics in behavior, notably in
the willul character o the variability o the eects oincrease o energy-fux density in human social behav-
ior. The human body is not immortal, but the unique
ruits o human creativity are potentially immortal.
That point which I had just made in the preceding
sentence, is to be emphasized as expressing a uniquely
human characteristic which is capable o expressing the
determining role o eects o productive employment
o increased energy-fux-density in society on the po-
tential quality o human existence in society. Indeed, it
is the case, that we must expect, as rom a true disciple
o the hoaxster known as the Prophet Laplace, whathas been a specically entropic decrease, over about a
hal-century, in the productive powers o labor, that in a
society which has been ultimately aected by means o
a ailure to apply the required potential o a relative in-
crease in net energy-fux density to a better than cur-
rently existing, or higher level o application o prog-
ress in technology.
Societies will undergo deterioration in the produc-
tive powers o labor, as a result o a xed level o ap-
plied energy-fux density (i.e., zero technological
growth). Zero-growth economies are inherentlyailed economies, already acing a threatened, aggra-
vated rate o decline. We, in the trans-Atlantic region,
have sometimes experienced a long wave o what, in
net eect, is simply physical decline, or even, as pres-
ently, now prospective, and actually currently acceler-
ating, pro-environmentalist waves o devastating
human collapses and other signs o extinctions.
In act, a culture which does not exhibit upward
trends in eective increases in energy-fux density, will
soon show itsel to us as a probably doomed society, as
the history o Europe has demonstrated that act in whathas been sometimes described as a recurring Rise and
Fall o the Roman. . . empires, rom the rst accession
o Caesar, to the general collapse in the trans-Atlantic
region now in progress under the current British Empire
today, as with all other expressions o the Roman em-
pires and their known consequents, now.
Such latter types o results may occur in terms o
relative (ups and downs), or as absolute declines. The

ultimate standard or measurements o causes and e-
ects, is the rise or decline o potential relative popula-
tion-density, as dened relative to a relatively xed
standard o living or a relatively xed level o popula-
tion and its rates o reproduction over time.
Thus, the lessons which should be adduced rom
what I have identied as the characteristics o the just-outlined case o the 1953-1957 interval o accelerating
infation in the automotive and related industries. Such
declines have been sometimes resisted or a time, even
periodically, to say the least. In retrospect, no compe-
tent economists, as dened by a reasonable standard o
proessionalism, could competently deny the eect o
my unique successes in the matter o the sudden and
steep U.S. recession o the late 1950s, nor today; but,
the act o my successul orecast o the Summer 1971s
steep decline in the U.S. physical economy, has proven
itsel to be the herald o a decline which has persistedwithout an actual reversal in that long-term trend, as
this has been expressed, in relevant eects o trends
over the interval rom 1971, into the new crash which
had arrived, as I had orecast, during the late 1980s, and
the plunge into a persisting wave o systemic eco-
nomic breakdown-crisis since the onset o the George
W. Bush, Jr. Administration, and the wildly accelerat-
ing steepness o a virtually terminal plunge into doom
under the Barack Obama Administra-
tion.
Unortunately, according to the
actual record, the typical practice in
economic orecasting in process now,
has been o a post hoc, ergo propter
hoc variety, as this was emphasized
repeatedly by the ghosts o the cel-
ebrated German motion picture Das
Spukschloss im Spessart (1960).
The Doom o Laplace as SuchTake into account, as an impor-
tant example or us to consider in that
light, the inherent incompetence o a
widespread blind aith in clock
time, as that oolish belie had not
only been promoted by the errant
Pierre-Simon Laplace himsel, but, worse, as his oolishness on this ac-
count had become deeply embedded
in the stinking, greenish quicksands
o what is, presently, both a popular,
and also an utterly raudulent version o scientic
opinion, today.
The particular argument on behal o the olly o
both Laplace and o those who have shared his regres-
sive antasies, has been ridiculous, especially so when
their common ollies are considered in light o what
have been the contrary true insights into the knowledgeshared among those modern, pace-setting scientists
typied by such ollowers o Bernhard Riemanns pio-
neering role as Max Planck, Albert Einstein, and also,
most notably, the V.I. Vernadsky who taught scientists
to ll themselves with both lie and the uniquely human
power or genius.
The work o that latter pair o Planck and Einstein
(and o others o kindred persuasion) had inaugurated
the competent science o the Twentieth Century in their
courageous opposition to the principal rauds o that
century, as those rauds are typied by the most typi-cally evil cases, as that is illustrated by the Austrian
Schools Ernst Mach, and Machs putative, and worse
successors, such as the British Empires Bertrand Rus-
sell, and the richly deserved notoriety o Russells quan-
tum-theory lackeys at the 1927 Solvay Conerence.
That summary piece rom history taken into ac-
count, we must locate the root o our argument or this
occasion, by considering the crucial case or the true
It is the willul nature o the conception o physical time, writes LaRouche, ratherthan clock time, which, essentially, distinguishes the eects o competent humanbeings rom beasts. Salvador Dali, whose grotesque painting The Persistence o
Memory (1936) is shown here, ailed to put himsel in the ormer category.

beginnings o all that has been the specic competence
o that original modern science which had been ounded
by the genius o Cardinal Nicholas o Cusa, and the im-
plications o these matters rom the vantage-point o
the crucial eatures o the work o such bench-mark g-
ures as the book-end-like gures o modern sciences
Bernhard Riemann and V.I. Vernadsky, as I address this
crucially important matter under the subject-matter oChapter I here.
On the subject o this matter as a subject o Euro-
pean history, it is to be noted that, excepting the sheer
genius o Charlemagnes revolutionary achievements
in statecrat, and his collaboration with Haroun al-Ras-
chid, in their time, there is not much good to be said,
strategically, in the proverbial nal analysis o the
European and neighboring regions statecrat o nations
and peoples existing prior to Europes Fourteenth-cen-
tury New Dark Age.
Indeed, to the extent that scientic practice today iscentered on the legacy o the great modern polymath
Nicholas o Cusa and his ollowers, theirs is a legacy
within modern European science which represents a
tradition without any important rival in European his-
tory since the Classical Greek history leading into the
work o Plato and such among his ollowers as the no-
table Eratosthenes. The genius o the principal ollow-
ers o the work o Cusa and his ollowers in modern
science, through the infuence o such moderns as his
ollowers, Kepler, Leibniz, their ollowers, and the
great V.I. Vernadsky, is as Percy Bysshe Shelley wroteo his own colleagues in his A Defence of Poetry.
Thereore, to understand the roots o what we are
today, we should now look back a ew centuries. Look
back to the great genius rom the time o what was
named The Golden Renaissance o the time o Cardi-
nal Nicholas o Cusa. Cusa, in his time (A.D. 1401-
1464), had exposed the raudulent character o what
would become the variety o popular silliness embod-
ied, later, in the modern reductionism o the dupes o
that charlatan known as Bertrand Russell.
Cusas own achievement as the outstanding gurein the ounding o modern science, had been shown in
its most concentrated, wholesome expression, by his
De Docta Ignorantia. Something in the likeness o his
judgment had been already oreseen, in signicant
degree, among others such as Cusas relatively senior
contemporary Filippo Brunelleschi, and as what would
become the somewhat overlapping, later achievements
o Brunelleschi and Cusa, achievements which would
be echoed, in some crucially signicant degree, by such
as Johannes Kepler. It has been Cusas method in phys-
ical science, which had been explicitly derived rom
Brunelleschi, Cusa, Leonardo da Vinci, and others,
which is echoed in those great advances in science to be
recognized in the outcome o Keplers own, absolutely
crucial, uniquely original discovery o the universal
principle o gravitation. The implications o Keplers
discovery, however denied by the corrupt or merely
credulous, still today, go into the very deep roots o all
competent scientic practice today.
In one view o that matter, Keplers greatest, unique
accomplishment in all physical science to date, had
been his discovery o what has been named as the prin-
ciple o gravitation. In act, although Keplers discov-
ery o the principle o gravitation, was a unique master-
piece in its own right, as I shall emphasize here, Keplers
own greatest achievement lay in his earlier discovery o
the universal discovery o the principle o metaphor, metaphor as the principle o that which moved the stars
and all which we have customarily regarded as be-
neath: the application o the universality o the physi-
cal principle o metaphor, was heralded by his notion o
a vicarious hypothesis. Keplers discovery o gravi-
tation, depended crucially on his expressed application
o what is, in practice, the absolutely universal quality
o the intrinsic humanity o the physical principle em-
bodied within Classical poetic metaphor.
Later, in Chapter III, we shall uncover the crucial
connection o this specic notion o metaphor to theunction o physical time to be counterposed to the no-
tions o Laplace.
To continue this report on some o the most crucial
matters o science, as we must also present the truth o
his achievements or students and others today, we
must now, also, put away the desire to revive certain
garbage produced by certain rom Keplers notable ad-
versaries rom later times.
The Sequence To Be Chosen
What I have just stated here this ar, is perectly truebeyond reasonably competent objections. Despite that
act, the popular mind o much o what is even purported
scientic opinion today, is polluted to extremes by,
chiefy, what is to be recognized as the eects o drilling
and grilling o dupes into adopting what have been the
prevalent, specically oligarchical traditions o sundry
ancient through present-day cultures. Such is that con-
troversy which I am addressing, at this moment, as being

a certain confict respecting the choice o alternative
pathways in the ordering o the steps which I, as author,
must preer as a subject-matter to invade at this juncture.
The consequently implied question is: shall I pro-
ceed, pedagogically, henceorth, by presenting, rst,
the presently popular, but incompetent eatures o pres-
ently dominant traditions rooted in the heritages o oli-
garchical cultures, or, as an alternative, should I pro-ceed directly to a presentation o the truthul argument,
which I already know as an argument which must re-
place the inherently oolish belies, respecting such
subject-matter, which are associated with the custom-
ary traditions and present classrooms or today?
For me, the truth is too much purely creative un to
permit it to be avoided. The remedy to which I have just
reerred above, the principle o Keplers unique discov-
ery o a principle o gravitation, must step in.
1.1The Enemies o KeplerI have chosen it here (or, perhaps, it has chosen me),
to emphasize a direct attack which uses Keplers proo
based on the conclusive method o metaphor, as, im-
plicitly, Albert Einstein had, clearly, also done later,
using the principle o (in act) what is actually the phys-
ical-scientic principle o metaphor, this time, as the
keystone which must now be imposed upon all design
o standards or establishing anything truly competent
in the sense o nality within scientic method. The
method which I shall employ in this report or that pur-
pose, rests upon speculation, but also crucial evidence.I shall proceed accordingly, through application o the
method o the principle o metaphor, as the required
method o attacking directly the principled errors em-
bedded in the relatively more signicant output o those
who have played a leading part in establishing what
should be regarded by us, as the relevant reigns o error
in science, and the like in the abused name o truly
Classical art, today.5
5. For my purposes, I have divided the subject o human knowledge
according to a hierarchy o the organization o human knowledge, which begins, rom the top down, with the principle o metaphor, on
which well-organized knowledge depends. The practiced expression o
the principle o metaphor, has two subsidiary qualities o leading ex-
pressions, which are, respectively, oremost, Classical artistic composi-
tion, and, then, physical science. All respectable other expressions are
refections o all three o the above. Albert Einstein, I suspect most
strongly, would have agreed. As I shall have demonstrated at an appro-
priate later point in this report, there is an ironical quality o wasteul-
ness in premising the notion o metaphor on use o a spoken language. I
shall clariy that matter in due course.
For example: consider the contrary opinions o
some among Keplers most outspoken, reductionist op-
ponents, which are rather prominent even in contempo-
rary academic lie today. They, the credulous, have
oten continued to express themselves in manners coin-
ciding with the sundry willul rauds utilized by those,
such as the most typically evil Bertrand Russell, who
remain the most signicant representatives rom amongthe opponents o both o, typically, the likenesses in
spirit and practice o Cusa, Leonardo da Vinci, Kepler
and Gottried Leibniz, and also, o those, later, typical
opponents o reductionist dogma who are typied by
Bernhard Riemann, Max Planck, Albert Einstein, and,
in a most crucial way, V.I. Vernadsky, up through this
present time.
A Babylonian Priesthood Said No!I reer you to the act which had once not only
shocked, but astonished me, in my recognition o thenumber o what I knew as usually gited physicists and
other highly regarded scientists, who ell into even col-
lective rage-ts at the mere mention o the name o Jo-
hannes Kepler; worse, they were each, in such cases,
also impassioned devotees o the dogma associated
with the name o the silly charlatan, Isaac Newton!
These were mistaken, but not all were bad people.
Ordinarily, I admired the work o many o them as
both persons and scientists, most o the time. However,
they had also been taught, unortunately, that they had
better not risk their careers and amily incomes alike,by saying unpleasant words about the disgusting swin-
dler known as Isaac Newton. Even some rom among
the best and otherwise most courageous scientists, even
many o impressive rank, have been included, usually,
as o the types who have been incapable o rejecting a
standing academic order to kiss the butt o Newton pub-
licly, or to rerain rom ridiculing the silly and thor-
oughly raudulent decree o such as the hoaxster and
mathematician Rudol Clausius Second Law o Ther-
modynamics, or Laplaces doctrine publicly.
The roster o the opponents o Cusa and o Cusasollowers through such o those ollowers o Cusas ini-
tiatives as Riemann, Planck, Einstein, and Vernadsky
today, should include a list o such representatives o
the oligarchical cults, a list which includes the Venetian
hoaxster and hater o the then deceased Nicholas o
Cusa, the same Francesco Zorzi (a.k.a. Giorgi) who
played a key role as a top-ranking Venetian spy in the
crating o the personality o, and political infuence

over Englands disastrous Henry VIII.
More than a century later, Venices unscrupulous
Cartesian Abb Antonio Schinella Conti, had served in
his own time as the virtual ghost writer or that char-
latan working as Contis silly puppet Sir Isaac Newton. The reductionist rauds perpetrated under the direction
o Conti and other relevant opponents o both Keplers
and Leibnizs achievements in science on such crucial
points o the history o science, have remained the typi-
cal expression o a willul, well-dened case o a virtu-
ally satanical corruption.
Such has been the specic corruption which contin-
ues to be represented by a certain disgusting variety o
theology which was already inherently specic to an
ancient oligarchical tradition,asstill today.
Fortunately, we are presently enabled to considerthe case o the truly great scientic minds rom the
standpoint o the times o such as the original ounder
o a comprehensive notion o what has remained today
as not merely an original ather o an actually modern
science, Cardinal Nicholas o Cusa, but as, still today,
an active leading actor within the roster o scientic
thinking, like such o Cusas notable ollowers as Leon-
ardo da Vinci, and Kepler, or one o the greatest o all
modern scientists, Gottried Leibniz. The living role o
Keplers contributions to the essential oundations o
all modern science, has lost none o its luster in that re-
spect, even to the present day: as the case in hand here
and now, makes exactly that point. So, did those who
think as Cusa did in his identiying the solution or this
principle o paradox which is the nature o the character
o the universal physical principle called metaphor, as
Cusa had done this throughout the composition o his
De Docta Ignorantia.
Most notably, Cusas workremains as it is to have
been, on refection, as embodied still today, in the actual
launching o the centrally underlying principle o all
competent modern science.6 That was a development,
in which Cusa contributed several crucially unique
roles, including those to such eect that every leading
current o competence in European and trans-Atlantic
physical science, owes the shared oundation o the
modern, specically trans-Atlantic development o allcompetent modern science, to the radiating infuence o
that revolution in science, whose origin had been cen-
tered in the oundations supplied by an hereditary qual-
ity o infuence embodied in Cusas work, as in also the
ulsome pre-shaping o the rudiments o every notable
competence which endures as uniquely specic to
modern science still today.
The Deense o Science, Still TodayThe oregoing, stated considerations, lead us, prop-
erly, toward the most proound among all o the rela-tively better known, historically rooted issues o physi-
cal science, as I emphasize in the ollowing outlines.
There was nothing accidental in the stunningly ex-
ceptional, revolutionary character o Nicholas o Cusas
6. Helga Zepp, then soon to be known as Helga Zepp-LaRouche, had
played a unique role as a pioneering European journalist visiting China
during an interval o some months within that special time-period o
The Great Leap Forward; but, soon ater her return rom China, she
had then chosen to enter a scientic program back in Germany. Not long
thereater, she was in the process o upgrading her commitment to a
career into scientic studies. She had participated in a conerence o theCusanus Gesellschat, under its celebrated leader o that time, Father
Rudol Haubst, when she had reported her participation and impres-
sions to me directly. I was inspired by the report, and encouraged her to
consider steering her career in accord with Proessor Haubsts associa-
tion. Soon, there those who were to become our riends among the
clergy in the circles o the Vatican. It was a decision, coupled with her
interaction with my initiative launched during the late 1977 start o my
original launching o what became the Strategic Deense Initiative
(SDI), which had then catalyzed the destiny o both o us up through the
present time these words have been written.

revolution in science and statecrat, as this is typied by
his De Docta Ignorantia. Throughout the histories o
the Mediterranean and the trans-Atlantic regions, there
have been, principally, two mutually irreconcilable
conceptions o man and our universe, conceptions
sometimes reerenced, on the one side, as God the Cre-
ator, and, the other, the Satan who, like his other nomi-
nal incarnation, the Olympian Zeus, has served inknown history as the image o the archetypical, pro-
Satanic mode o oligarch.
What the student or others have met as a medley o
science, legend, religious traditions, mysticism, out-
right lies, and the like, have shown one clearly consis-
tent quality over the course o time: they are ootprints
let by history, which include the history o lies. The
clue to understanding such medleys as that, is the saving
act that the history o lies, i and when the lies in and
concerning history are considered, is part o the evi-
dence which a real history o mankind and mankindsexperiences must consider, i an understanding o real
history is to be adduced.
For example: take the case o the Olympian Zeus, as
described. He is a ction created by evil. It is the evil
which is the alse reality o that account o history,
when the myths o the oligarchs are recognized as the
diary o evil written as an apology or its own existence
as an evil existence.
Similarly, the history o the reign o that British
puppet now known as U.S. President Obama, is the his-
tory o an evil done to our United States under the infu-ence o an oligarchical system known as the British
orm o attempted reincarnation o the Roman empire
