replaced fuel flow sending unit due to leak witn new JPI FXT-201 per STC SA004325E JPI Fuel

Flow manual #503 Rev. B 3-14-97 and AC43.13. C/W Sections 2,3,7. K-Factor 29.65. Engine run

normal, no leaks detected w ith respect to work performed. This engine is approved for return t o

service at this time with respect to work performed . .

engine with 11 quarts of Phillips 20W-50 X/C oil. Post-maintenance engine run was

satisfactory; no oil leaks detected from the oil drain or the newly installed oil filter. I

certify that this engine is in airworthy condition with respect only to the work performed

at this time and Is now returned to service.

Cleaned fuel injectors and reinstalled with new o-rings and seals. Removed, cleaned, gapped, inspected, tested, rotated, and reinstalled spark plugs with ne~ gaskets. Washed engine. Completed weld repair of tailpipe chaffing damage and secure/positioned tail pipe correctly. Installed new exhaust heat sheild bracket P/N: 5650204-22. C/W AD2000-0l-16 Exhaust inspections para b,c and e as required, no defects noted. Fabricated new engine baffle piece fwd of cyl 6 using like materials. Secured lower tail pipe bracket w ith new rivets. Installed large area washer on throttle control rod end. Installed new spring washers on throttle/turbo interconnect rod end P/N: 625327-2. Re-torqued oil sump pan bolts. Removed and replaced L&R magneto gaskets with new 649954. Timed left magneto to 23 and right magneto to 21 degress BTDC. Replaced oil seperator return line with new. Applied firewall sealant as needed on exhaust shrouds and turbo box. C/W AD84-26-02 Paper induction air filters by replacement P/N: P128156. Patched engine cowling at right exhaust pass through. I certify that this engine has been inspected In Accordance With a Annual Inspection and was found to be in an Airworthy Condition at this time with respect to work performed.

Removed and replaced oil filter with new AA48108-2 filter. Cut old filter open, no defects

noted. Serviced crankcase with llqrts Phillips X/C 20W-50 oil. Sent oil sample to Blackstone Labs. Removed, cleaned, gapped, inspected, tested, rotated, and reinstalled

spark plugs with new gaskets. Washed engine. C/W AD2000-01-16 Exhaust inspections

para b,c and e as required, found LH tailpipe cracked, replaced with new PN: HWS 340414

1, no other defects noted. Timed left magneto to 23 and right magneto to 21 degress

BTDC. Applied firewall sealant as needed on exhaust shrouds and turbo box. Installed

0.312" shims under fwd engine mount legs to provide clearance of #6 exhaust to cowling.

Installed new lock tabs on all four engine mount bolts and torqued to spec. Check torque

on turbo half bolts and secured lock tabs previously left unsecured. Replaced fitting oring

on lower wastegate oil fitting. I certify that this engine has been inspected in accordance

with an Annual Inspection per the scope and detail of FAR 43 app D, and was determined

Completed Annual inspection on LH Engine. Changed oil and filter, cut filter open and found no metal. Took Blackstone sample hot on LH engine. Serviced LH engine with 11qts Phillips 20W-50 X/C oil. Washed engine and lubed controls. Compression checks- #1 76/80, #2 75/80, #3 68/80, #4 77/80, #5 70/80, '#6 76/80. Master orifice 42 psi. Cleaned, gapped and rotated spark plugs. Cleaned fuel screen. Reviewed AD's thru 1-27-2020. Removed both magnetos from LH engine aJld installed kit pin MK631 in each magneto. Timed magnetos internally. Reinstalled magnetos to engine using new gasket p/n 649954. Timed magnetos to engine. Checked Service Advisory MEL-74-03 did not apply to magneto serial number. Removed and replaced LH wastegate actuator with overhauled unit p/n 470908-9012 using new inlet and outlet o-rings p/n M83248/1-904 (-906). Reassembled to exhaust using new gaskets p/n 2570 -1. Run-up and operational checks good. No further leaks found.
