AVNC Grant Application

• The grant is for technical assistance • Due August 1, 2015• Competitive process: no guarantee of acceptance• 1 year in length

Seek assistance in the following areas: Laying the ground work for connections (steps 2 & 3)• Assessing and engaging partners and stakeholders • Inventory and mapping of community resources• Identifying and analyzing issues and opportunities

AVNC Grant Application

Roles and partners:•AVNC role and the level of commitment/services•Key partners involved with the project•Commitment letters from at least three partners •Letters of support from community, agencies, and others

The river committee would seek additional help from ELU and Greening Committees

Key partners would include the Riverworks office, CD-13 and others to be determined with board approval.
