This completely newly deve-loped top model is especiallydesigned for continuous ope-ration and is particularly suita-ble for use in orthopaedicworkshops. The electroniccontrol of the motor produ-ces a gradual start, whichacts particularly gently on allmechanical components,thus substantially increasingthe lifespan of the saw. Thesaw-blade oscillations canalways be adjusted to therespective requirements by a continuous speed control.The very slim construction isergonomically designed andguarantees together with therubberized gripping surfacebetter, fatigue-free holding.

The TITANIUM II is equippedwith the particularly high per-formance round saw bladesHB 8895-03 (TITANIUM), dia-meter 50 mm and HB 8896-03 (TITANIUM), diameter 65mm.

This saw has the same con-structional characteristics asthe TITANIUM II. The motor isalso electronically controlledwith this single-handed modelto increase the life span of theentire aggregate. The gradualstart is not only easy on thetransmission, but also on allother mechanical compo-nents. The compact con-struction of the saw, its slimform and the rubberizedgrasp surface provide optimalhandling. The oscillations ofthe saw blade can be adjus -ted by the electronic speedregulator. The Oscillo-SawECO II is also suitable and can be set up for dust extrac-tion. It is equipped standardwith the round saw blade HB8896-01 (diameter 65 mm)for plaster of Paris and dres-sings and with the round sawblade HB 8896-02 (diameter65 mm) for synthetic dres-sings.

With this newly developedoscillating saw, all plaster ofParis and synthetic dressingscan be removed quickly,safely, quietly and accurately.This is guaranteed by the particularly high performancemotor with electronic speedregulation and a gradualstart-up which is gentle onmaterials. The motor is cooled using the circulationprinciple. Cool air is suctionedin at the end of the motor. Inthis way, the power aggrega-te is protected from plaster ofParis or synthetic resin dustand residues. Only high-quali-ty materials are used in themanufacture of the Oscillo-Saw Gold II for a long life-span.

HEBU Oscillo-SawGOLD II Autopsy

This saw has the same con-structive characteristics asthe GOLD Plus. Functionalityand quality are always in theforeground. Due to the areaof usage of the GOLD IIAutopsy, the saw can be sterilized, something that isnecessary. As a result, theeasy to remove saw headhas pressure balance boreholes. This guarantees per-fect functioning of the sawdespite high temperaturesduring sterilization.

The power supply of the uni-versal Oscillo-Saw is providedby a high capacity storagebattery. In this way, mobile useand perfect functioning of theGOLD II Accu are ensuredover a long period. The rota-tional speed of the high per-formance motor is electroni-cally regulated and a gradualstart-up is gentle to the trans-mission and all other mecha-nical parts. By using onlyhigh-quality materials, a longlife-span of the saw is guar-anteed.

The GOLD II Accu is equippedwith a battery charger as wellas the round saw blade HB8895-02 (diameter 50 mm)and the round saw blade HB8896-02 (diameter 60 mm)for synthetic dressings.

This newly developed sawblade is better than anythingcurrently available. The maincharacteristic of this one of akind product is the above average long life. It is nearly400% in comparison with conventional saw blades.This is achieved not only dueto high performance highspeed steel (HSS) being usedas the foundation material, but due to a special coating of Titanium Nitrate (TiN).
