A comparison of the Camden City Police Department's outcomes for juveniles in 1993 (prior to M.A.L.L) and in 1995 (after 2 years of M.A.L.L) can be directly correlated with the impact of M.A.L.L's direct and indirect influence on treatment of juveniles in the system at the front end.
